This expansive open-plan living room creates a welcoming, relaxed space for guests, featuring two comfortable 2-seater sofas that easily transform into double sofa beds for extra sleeping options. Perfect for movie nights, the smart TV comes with Netflix (just log in with your own account). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, stocked with glassware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils, ensuring a seamless dining experience whenever you desire.

- Bedroom Comfort:
This apartment offers a flexible bedroom that comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests with its full-size single zip-and-link beds. Upon request, these beds can be combined into a double bed, providing versatility for families or friends. The room also includes convenient amenities such as hanging rails for clothing, a full-length mirror, and a hairdryer to ensure a comfortable stay.

- All linen and towels are provided and made up for all guests in your group before arrival. This accommodation may not be suitable for those guests with disabilities or limited mobility.

Damages Deposit

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30, which covers you for up to £300 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Any stays over 5 nights do not have the MYCOVER option.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit on the day before check-in.

Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
