Very friendly hosts, flexible check in and the place was great. Really clean so it’s nice to know the cleaning fee went to good use, and overall a nice apartment in an amazing location. Comfortably fits 4 and we had a great stay.

As a whole; this place was a really good place to stay if you want convenience , central location . The communication from the host was very good and instructions were clear. A couple of maintenance things should be looked at, the mirror in the first bedroom was not properly stuck to the wall and was held on by some old tape which did not hold the mirror for long, also the sofa bed is very small, i wouldn’t say it would be suitable for Two people, perhaps a slightly bigger bed here would be good. However everything was great, it was clean, easy to find. We would stay again given that a couple of things were to be updated. Many thanks 🙏🏼

The apartment itself was nice and had a lovely view from the living area. Unfortunately there’s a few bad points about our experience. Firstly, the day before check-in I received a text message asking for a ‘damages deposit’. But you only get a 3 hour window to do it which could have been an issue because there were moments during the day I didn’t have my phone. We were disappointed to see the check- out instructions requested all plates, cups etc were to be cleaned and rubbish was to be taken outside the property to some bins, even though we had already paid what I thought was an expensive £70 cleaning fee. The main door of the building that leads on to the high street isn’t very secure, it definitely needs repairing. There was also an ironing board but no iron? All of the windows are fiddly to open (could be due to internal locks are worn/old).

The host was easy to communicate with. The listing was accurate but one of the sofa beds was very thin and uncomfortable. The stairs up to the apartment should perhaps also be mentioned as they were quite steep.

Great host great place. It’s near the ocean and you can see a bit of it too. The view is really good with 2 really big windows. The bathroom is very clean. Tons of kitchenware to use in the kitchen. Very responsive host. Flexible and helpful check in arrangement. Next time when I come to Brighton in the summer I’ll definitely come back!

    We really want you to enjoy your stay with us and in order to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules: No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris that is caused by smoking. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the property will be deducted from your deposit. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. We are not the anti-fun police but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep. No pets (unless agreed in advance) Please note check out is by 11am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare theproperty for the next set of guests. You agree to be charged a late check-out fee of £50 per hour or part thereof if you are not vacated by this time unless agreed in advance. When you are ready to vacate the property please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking. Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
