This cute apartment is very close to the sea, whenever you leave the house, you can see it. Brighton pier with attractions and food is very close as well as a lot of really nice restaurants and supermarkets. We found everything we needed in the apartment and everything was just wonderful. We had such a nice time in Brighton

The flat was really nice and Brighton is such a lovely city. However we have a problem with the policies of My Getaways. They asked us an unexpected 300£ "damage deposit" wich is pretty huge in an already expensive trip. We thought AirBnB itself was in charge of this kind of responsability and we were already paying for this. We don't understand how a secondary plateform can ask for this, not through AirBnB services. The alternative was paying a 30£ NON REFUNDABLE deposit, directly to My Getaways, on top of AirBnB fees, which seems, again, pretty shady vis a vis AirBnB terms of services. Seems like a way to make money directly from AirBnB customers not willing or capable of paying the 300£ refundable deposit. Furthermore, this agressive policy on the side of the AirBnB plateform goes with insistance on downloading their own My Getaway app (which is not imposed but heavily incited too). For all this reasons, not recommanding using My Getaways, even if the place is great.

Cozy place and great location. Everything was super clean, and the flat is sheltered from street-side noise. All in all, this place is definitely worth renting.

The place is in a great location and is also quite ok for a short time and for the price. BUT some things urgently need improvement: - The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. On the first day that was still ok, but then it got really uncomfortable. That's why I got cleaning supplies and cleaned the floor completely. This helped for a short time, but 1-2 days later the smell came back. We noticed that this got worse especially after using the shower; so I assume the nasty smell is pulled from some hole in the wall by the fan; the floor itself really can't be. There is virtually no storage space in the bathroom. You juggle all the time with toilet paper, toothbrush, soap & Co; a cheap sideboard would definitely help against the frustration. - Amenities: If you rent an apartment for 2 weeks, you need more than just two rolls of toilet paper, and also cleaning supplies and a pack of salt definitely help.

Very nice apartment close to everything. It is basic and covers all the needs for staying for a while. It’s a lot of rules and text to read through at first. They send you pages of instructions. Otherwise communication was fast and helpful. The neighbors upstairs were a little noisy and you can hear a lot. We enjoyed our stay a lot though 😊

Very nice apartment a stone's throw from the sea, small but comfortable even for a week-long stay! The staff is very efficient, the fridge was not working when we arrived and it was changed extremely quickly. Lacks a little storage space in the bedroom and toilet but acceptable for a short stay.

The property is exactly as advertised and I was impressed at how well kitted out it was, even had a rack to dry my clothes on! Leni was absolutely brilliant at managing my booking and very helpful. Access is easy, the apartment feels very private. You can hear lots of external noise but it is in the middle of a busy part of town. Was still able to sleep peacefully. For a winter stay I'm so happy with the heating too, when you put the heaters on it gets really toasty. Shower is poky but nice and hot and good pressure. Can't complain at all!

Cozy little apartment in a really good location, on the edge of the city center but lovely quiet, and close to the beach. The apartment is listed with two separate beds, which it didn't, though. But My Getaway responded super quickly and resolved the issue. Super service.

Great central location on n Brighton and brilliant that had parking spot ( though smallish car only) ; very clean flat with comfortable bedroom; not much space in bathroom so wouldn’t want to be too tall! Would stay again

We had a fantastic stay here and the location is excellent. Communication from the host in advance was excellent and the place was suoer clean. We just struggled to figure out which lockbox/keys went where at first, but the instructions were detailed and we figured it out in the end! Thank you for a great stay 😊

Nicely renovated, clean and smart place, brilliant location, and fantastic to have a parking space. Bathroom could really do with some shelves/hooks for hanging stuff up. And the shower was a bit temperamental - could do with some instructions.

A small and cozy flat with all necessities for a couple. Perfect for a short getaway - with a free off-street private parking spot. We stayed for 4 nights. Right by the beach and St James’ is pretty much on your doorstep with lots of restaurants, quirky shops and plenty of LGBTQIA+ friendly establishments. 5-10 mins walk from the beach. My partner is 6,4 foot tall and had to duck walking through the hallway and in the bathroom. Bathroom is unfortunately very small and the shower is either very hot or cold. The toilet is very close to the sink and so it was very uncomfortable for my partner to use the toilet as there was no legroom. Overall - good value for money and responsive and friendly host!

Very good location on a lively street, St James's Steet, with supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and good coffee places! Clean apartment, nice bedroom, small bathroom, no real living room but new kitchen well equiped.

My daughter and I had a great stay in this lovely flat. It had everything we needed in a great location and a parking spot too! Whenever we had a question, the host was available and responded immediately. We would happily stay there again.

Excellent stay, this place is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the pier and a stone's throw away from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The perfect stay for the two of us. The only thing is my partner is 6 ft and just fit in the bed and had to bend over in the shower.

Excellent accommodation and location with everything a few minutes walk away including the beach. Clean, cosy, modern and welcoming with everything you need. A real home from home. The allocated parking has a private fob entry so is very secure and the parking space is long enough for a short wheelbase navigate. Great holiday flat and great value.

Really good flat for short stay in Brighton. It really is 5 mins from the seafront. Having an allocated parking spot was brilliant, although please be aware it is a 5 min walk from the property. We had our 4 month old stay as well - plenty of room for a cot, however, it took a work out to get the pram up the stairs at the front door! Would stay here again :)

Great location, just a few of minutes walk from the beach and Palace Pier. Parking space is provided in a small secure courtyard location in the next street. It’s a nice bonus but as noted in other reviews, entry to the parking space is tight and would be a challenge if you are a timid driver or have a very large car. The accommodation itself is small and an unusual layout. Views from the property are limited to looking out on other courtyards, but open the front door and you can see the sea! The Kitchen/living area has everything that you could need, it is small - not really suitable for longer family stays. The Toilet/shower room is compact - it is OK, but more of a cubicle than a bathroom, which could be a challenge to a larger person. Overall our stay went smoothly and communication/information provided by our host was excellent. I would stay here again.

Great location and clean room Rude staff who hung up on me 3 times resulting in lots of confusion with the “free parking space” resulting in me damaging my car. I believe a language barrier on the other end but either way super rude. Also slightly confusing instructions as the text message and email had different information

The team of My Getaways was approachable via messages at all times, no need to call them since they responded very quickly. The apartament is smaller than it looks on the photos, but it is very clean and is close to the beach, city centre and lots of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The only inconvenient was the WiFi and general internet, that they didn't work very well.

Fabulous location for this clean, compact and well equipped flat. My Getaways were really helpful prior to check in, and answered any questions that we had in a rally prompt, friendly and professional manner. The app worked well too. The location of the flat was absolutely perfect for us (2 adults and one child) and it was a bonus to have the free, secure parking just the next street away.
