Relax in the living room with the smart TV, which includes access to Netflix. After a day of exploring Brighton, unwind by streaming your favorite shows or movies. The high-speed wifi ensures a seamless viewing experience.

- Relaxing Bedroom:
The bedroom sleeps up to 2 guests with full-size adult single Zip and Link beds. The beds are set up as two singles by default, but they can be arranged as a double upon request before arrival. The room also includes hanging rails, a hairdryer, and a full-length mirror for your convenience.

- Modern Bathroom:
The shower room and toilet feature a power shower and a full bath, offering you the choice of a quick refresh or a relaxing soak. The heated electric towel rail adds an extra touch of luxury, ensuring warm towels after your shower or bath.

- All Linen and Towels Provided:
For your convenience, all linen and towels are provided and made up for all guests in your group before arrival. This ensures a hassle-free experience, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your stay right away.

Damages Deposit

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30, which covers you for up to £300 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Any stays over 5 nights do not have the MYCOVER option.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit on the day before check-in.

Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
