Enjoy restful nights in our two thoughtfully designed bedrooms, perfect for all types of guests. Bedroom 1 features twin beds set up as a double, with the flexibility to separate into singles upon request. This room also includes a dedicated work desk for your convenience. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a cozy bunk bed, ideal for accommodating two guests. Fresh linens are provided for all beds, ensuring a comfortable stay.

- Modern Kitchen and Dining Area:
The fully equipped kitchen features a washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, and an abundance of cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. Enjoy your meals in the bright dining area, which comfortably seats up to 6 guests—ideal for brunch or lunch gatherings. We also provide complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper for your convenience.

- Comfortable Living Area:
Unwind in our cheerful and welcoming living room, featuring two comfortable armchairs and a spacious double sofa bed. This cozy atmosphere is ideal for relaxing, enjoying drinks, or sharing stories from your travels. Stay entertained with a smart TV and high-speed WiFi, perfect for all your browsing and streaming needs.

- Well-Appointed Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, ensuring a comfortable experience. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat for your use.

- Free Parking:
The property includes one free parking space (4.70m long and 2.24m wide) situated less than a 10-minute walk away in the Portland Street Car Park Central Brighton. Note that vans are not allowed. For additional parking, several car parks, including the secure Trafalgar Street Car Park, are within a few minutes' walk of the property.

We cater to families with young children by offering travel cots and high chairs for rent, ensuring a cozy and convenient stay for our little guests.

Full check in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival.

Other things to note

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Any stays over 5 nights do not have the My Cover option.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages.
You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
