KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The dining area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washine machine, microwave, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests.
LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with two arm chairs and the double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.
BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
- Bedroom 1, twin beds, set up as a double but can made into singles on request, sleeps 2 with a designated work desk
- Bedroom 2, bunk bed, sleeps 2
IN ADDITION
There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance

Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

Was such a good stay! Would definitely stay here again, host was great! Sent me a clear video of where to park and instructions on how to access the apartment. Was very responsive, the place was Tidy, very modern and very homey, is in dead central of Brighton, is the perfect stay. Thanks for having us!

I would not stay with this agency again for the following reasons: • I was asked to pay either a non-refundable £30 or a refundable £300, on top of the Airbnb cover. This felt excessive and unnecessary. • Communication was poor. They sent long, unclear messages, and several agents were involved in the same request, causing delays and confusion. • They were unhelpful and inflexible. I requested early check-in and a one-hour check-out extension due to travelling with two infants. Despite the property being vacant, I had to call and message several times to get a response. • I was charged a £100 cleaning fee for a modest two-bedroom flat, which felt unreasonable and driven by profit rather than fairness.
