Welcome to Central Brighton 2BR Retreat! Perfectly designed for your getaway, this bright and spacious apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Whether you're a professional, a family, or a group of friends, our retreat provides a delightful space to relax and enjoy Brighton's vibrant city life.

- Comfy Bedrooms and Modern Living:
Our retreat features two delightful bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. The first bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, accommodating up to four guests. Fresh bed linens are provided for all beds, ensuring a cozy and restful night’s sleep.

- Open Plan Living Area:
The inviting open-plan living area is ideal for socializing or unwinding. Featuring two cozy armchairs and a double sofa bed for extra sleeping accommodations, it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventures. Enjoy movie nights on the smart TV or catch up on the day's events in this bright, airy space filled with natural light.

- Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. It includes a washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, and plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are provided for your convenience.

- Dining Area with Natural Daylight:
The dining area, which seats up to six guests, is bathed in natural daylight, creating a cheerful ambiance for meals. There's also a designated workspace, making it ideal for professionals who need to catch up on work.

- Modern Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need for a refreshing start to your day.

- Smart TV and Fast WiFi:
Stay engaged and entertained with our smart TV and high-speed WiFi. Whether you’re streaming your favorite shows or browsing the web, you’ll have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

- Free Parking and Easy Access:
Take advantage of complimentary parking for one vehicle, with maximum dimensions of 4.70 meters long and 2.24 meters wide. Our apartment is ideally situated just a short walk from the city center, seafront, and train station, making it the perfect base for your Brighton adventures!

- Proximity to Main Attractions:
Discover the perfect Brighton getaway, ideally located just a short stroll from the famous Lanes, North Laine, and the Royal Pavilion. Enjoy easy access to renowned restaurants, unique shops, and must-see attractions, making it the ultimate base for your city adventures.

- Additional Amenities:
For your convenience, we provide an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Travel cot and high chair are available for hire, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with young children.

Full check in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival.

Other things to note

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Any stays over 5 nights do not have the My Cover option.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages.
You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
