Lovely house in a great location. Really close to the city centre but you never would have known because the street the house is located on is so nice and quiet. 5 min walk into city. Perfect for what we needed for a short stay with our 5 children. The 2 parking spaces on the drive were a real bonus when staying so close to a city centre. Would definitely stay again.

We spend two weeks at this lovely modern townhouse, which was comfortable and nicely decorated. The place was sunny and clean, with room enough for 5-6 people. The location was great for walking to Churchill Square and the North Laine, and even to the seafront, although up a small hill. Highly recommend this one!

Great location with 2 parking spots, near the Lanes and near great restaurants. About 8-10 minutes walk to the sea front. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable. The airbnb had similar appearances to the photos provided. Rated 3 stars as the apartment was not properly cleaned for us. Dirty towels from the previous guests were left hanging up in the bedrooms and bathroom. There was garbage left behind in the under-counter kitchen bin, and some garbage in the bedrooms, which tells me that there was not much effort into cleaning the airbnb. We contacted our host and were advised that someone would come the next day to clean. However, they only came to collect the used towels and specific garbage items. They did not clean the place. Also, Wifi has very limited reach in the 2nd floor bedrooms, so had to use my mobile data instead. Note that a deposit of £500 needs to be paid prior to arrival.

Super apartment in close proximity to the seafront where we were at a conference. Excellent value and well kitted out. Tip for others , bring shower gel and shampoo as there wasn't any. Also, stop by at a shop en route as no milk / bread and if you've had a long journey, you'll be parched!

The house was spacious, modern, clean, comfortable, convenient and close to where it’s all happening. Despite this it was quiet and felt safe. My family and I had a lovely stay here and will be happy to return. The only thing I missed was the personal touch. As it’s managed by a company - My Getaways, all communication was prepared instructions and information sent digitally or via their app they ask you to download. This might not bother most people, especially as it is such a comfortable house. They also ask for a deposit, which I didn’t recall reading about before I booked. Nonetheless, at the end of the day it’s a great place to stay!

The place is modern and clean. And good location. All the attractions are within 10 mins walking distance. And the host is very responsive and helpful. However, there is no washroom or toilet on the first floor (living room). So you would need to go upstairs or downstairs whenever you need. And it required refundable deposit of £500 in advance - though got back the refund quickly.

Great house, fairly family friendly. Good location, feels quite tucked away whilst everything is 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The parking space is a huge bonus. Gets very warm on the 2nd floor, really could do with some fans!

This was a Beautiful house, clean bright well decorated and with a welcoming feeling throughout. The beds are very comfortable and the house is well equipped with everything. Having both the outside terrace and parking spaces outside the house (which are rarely found in Brighton holiday lets) and being so central only adds to its overall attraction! We enjoyed our stay as a Family and will definitely be back !

The property was spotless and close to the centre of Brighton so once we’d parked the cars we went everywhere on foot. We took 4 teenage boys and there was so much for them to do. The house had all the amenities you could need for a great stay and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Just be aware that you need to download the app to access check in information, especially the WiFi. Although this is stated in the welcome email there’s a lot of information to take in. Also, as mentioned by another visitor, there is a £500 refundable deposit payable or alternatively a £50 insurance. Again, stated in the welcome email but easily missed.

This was a beautiful Airbnb, the loveliest I've stayed in. It felt very bougie and had really nice features such as an outside terrace, a wine fridge and a boiling water tap, so we felt very fancy staying there. Having private parking is also a godsend in Brighton, let alone 2 spaces. The communication from the hosts was excellent from the moment I booked, right through our stay. I never needed to contact them, but felt they were available if necessary. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the house was full of beautiful natural light. We all loved staying in this house. Thank you for having us, we'll be back, as it is very handy when visiting relatives in Brighton.

Firstly, be aware you need to read the fine print as they charge a non-refundable £50 or refundable £500 deposit. They also require you to download an app which does ask for personal data like phone number to get check-in details which I didn't like. We also thought we might have no stay because they said the property will be undergoing maintenance but it was fine in the end. The property itself was perfect, very clean, great location, it was beautiful. The outdoor space was great. There was no hand wash in the downstairs bathroom which we had to buy. There aren't many amenities like shampoo etc so keep it in mind. But overall I'd stay again, the bed was so comfy and the neighbourhood was quiet.
