I loved the place, but the only thing was that they charge a deposit that we only found out after it was booked. And it was a bit of a little more because you saved to make this trip. But after all they returned the money to my account very quickly. And we enjoyed it a lot. The home is home welcoming and the perfect location

The house was exactly as it said on the listing, a 3 twin bedroom place which was ideal as a base for a weekend in Brighton. It is slightly out of the centre but within a 15 min walk to the lanes and pier. Nice stay!

My friends and I had a great stay here in Brighton. The location is great and only a short walk from the train station or to the beach. The communication with the host was fantastic and I had every opportunity to get in touch if there were any problems, of which there were none. I really liked the contactless entry and felt very safe in the area.

This place is close to Aldi and co op and it’s near the beach, the big issue is the parking as you have to pay so much for the parking nearby

Great stay with a group of 6. Location was fantastic and it was well equipped. Check in was very easy with no faff about collecting/returning keys given the keypad system. Beds were comfortable. Slight downside was a faint damp smell throughout. The living room didn't have much natural light although it looked bright in the photos. Would happily stay again as it was very comfortable and convenient for a group.

Positives - great central Brighton location, 10 mins walk from the station, close to open market and Lanes shopping. Clean throughout, bedrooms comfortable but beds were not configured in the way I requested them so is there any point in being asked? Great coffee shop next door, best oat milk cortado! Kitchen seemed well equipped but we only had drinks and breakfast there cannot verify that everything worked ok. Negatives - downstairs is cramped and dark. You would not want to fit 8 people in, the sofa bed would take up the whole lounge if it was being used. Stale cigarette smell lingering which we would have found more off putting if we had spent more time in the house but as it was, we were there for Love Supreme so spent very little time there. I guess as this is booked through an agency, there are no personal touches that you get when booking through an actual owner. Don't expect any toiletries or anything in the kitchen apart from some tea bags, coffee sachets, and sugar. There were big (tea?) stains on the stairs and I'm sure that if the (intensive) cleaning is as good as these places would have you believe, it would not take much effort to remove them. Come on guys, bit more effort please. Bathroom in the top room is massive but the shower is not good, no pressure at all. Although we had a late night on the Saturday night, be warned that neighbours were partying in their courtyard til 4am. Not great if you are a light sleeper but guess that's part of the charm of Brighton. We booked this property because we wanted somewhere for 6 people, however, I'm sure that there are other, bigger places available in the Brighton area for the same price.

Brilliant stay! The house was perfectly located in Brighton, close enough to walk into town and to the station but not too close to the noise. The amenities in the house were great, beds comfy and the decor was homely. Nothing to complain about, will definitely stay again! Only one thing - bring your own cooking oil and shower gel! 10/10

Great house, great location. The house is smaller than it looks on the website but actually was “cosy” and we werent on top of each other. Value for money is amazing. The location is fab because we were a 15 minute walk from all the activities we had planned.

Great location and convenient, but the place doesn’t look as good as the photos. The living area and kitchen are both very small. The living room wasn’t very comfortable and it generally looked quite tired and dated. There were only six of us, anymore than that and we would have been living on top of each other. I would recommend buying some earplugs because the seagulls are incredibly loud. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were nice and clean.

It’s a great little place, absolutely perfect for a break in Brighton. The location was amazing, less than 10 minutes to soo many great restaurants, bars, and the lanes. The kitchen is also really well stocked will utensils and cookware which was so helpful.

Very clean house. Good location. Newly decorated. Everything worked as expected. Very pleased with our stay. The company hosting the house have their own mobile app which is very handy. If I have to point one thing is that it would be that the house is slightly smaller in size than what you would expect from a 3 bedroom house. It is not a major issue as all other things about the house are great.

Good house to stay in, very responsive hosts. We were 8 I'd recommend 6. Hot water didn't work first day but they were quick and sent someone out first day. Sofa bed was broken, should have been replaced. They sent someone to give airbeds and a pump though.

The location is amazing, a 10 minute walk to Brighton pier and the beach. A minute walk to a big shop and lovely little backstreets great for shopping or having a nice bite to eat. Right by a lovey park which has a skatepark. lovey kitchen and bathrooms. The sofa bed was very easy to assemble. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely, self contained house with three comfortable double bedrooms, two good bathrooms and great showers. Would be a bit of a squeeze for 8 people though. Well-equipped kitchen, easy check in, everything was sparkling clean with cosy bedding and fluffy towels provided. Fab vegan coffee shop/cafe next door and opposite a park.

We had a lovely short break, hosting a christmas and birthday celebration. The house is small but very cute, well laid out with lovely bathrooms and a workable kitchen. We were a large energetic family of 7 people and it worked out for us. We would definitely stay there again considering the great location which is close to shops and takeaways, the Level and our mum's!.

A lovely little place in central Brighton, nicely furnished and with everything you need for your stay. Small travel sized bottles of things like shampoo were provided which was nice but obviously this was only a small amount so you do need to take your own shampoo/shower gel etc. Tea bags and sachets of coffee were also provided which was a nice touch. Bedrooms were comfy and nicely decorated. It was really easy to get a taxi to and from and we didn’t wait more than about 10 minutes for one. You can hear some noise from outside as it is close to the road, but this is to be expected in central Brighton. The house was quite hot as you got up to the third floor, but this is a minor issue and we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were leaflets around the house with information about restaurants/bars/activities which was handy. All in all a really lovely little place, we would be happy to stay again.

Would highly recommend this place for groups of friends going for a night / weekend away in Brighton. The host Steve was excellent and very accommodating with check in and check out times. The house was incredibly modern, neat and tidy and great location for local bars, nightlife and food. Would come here again without a doubt!

The only thing was that we found a tanga under the sofa and the carpet doesn’t look clean. The sofa is not too comfortable and the sheep aren’t clean. But the rest was good, House look like new, and the Phil was really nice with us.

Very nice house, modern & well presented and cared for with good facilities. The location is also really good for exploring Brighton! lighter sleepers should not that the property backs onto a builder's construction yard which means that light sleepers may be disturbed by early activity ('though the he noise was not excessive, by any means)

Good-sized house in central location - convenient for station, cafes, parks, shopping etc.. Lovely big bathroom and kitchen well equipped for a family group. Host was extremely helpful. We were able to drop our bags off early when we arrived and Phil even returned my daughter's forgotten teddy bear when we left. Thank you!

Was allowed to check in earlier than advertised which was nice. Good space, larger than you think, comfortable beds, clean and well appointed house. Great location by the Level, easy to get around town.
