I read some very poor reviews for My Getaways the night before I arrived, but my experience was the exact opposite. I had to contact them twice, both times they responded promptly and were very helpful. The property was great, clean and in a good location right in the marina. No complaints at all and I would be happy to return.

The place was easy to find. All the the instructions were clear and on point. The view from our apartment has a great view and the location is close to the amenities which is very convenient.

Lovely tiny home, perfect place, easy reach of Brighton. Beautiful setting on the marina. Only negative, no hot water from the kitchen tap, and no hot water on our second morning from the shower. If these things can be rectified I will def be booking again. Communication from My getaways prior to trip was excellent.

Lovely sunny spot looking out over the water. cosy and everything we needed. lovely restaurants and bars within 2mins. probably gets hot in the summer as the beds are in the raised mezzanine bit. gorgeous place bit of a novelty.

I had to pay £12 per day for parking, because they forgot to mention the free parking is only for car, not suitable for van. Customer service never return the call after I ask for help with parking.

Very good location and everything you need to stay comfortable while you’re there . Very secure place to stay on marina with access controlled onto jetty . Only one small drawback , probably getting ready for painting in places and a refresh . However it’s a great little place to stay .

Great stay in a unique location. We were extremely lucky and had excellent weather too. Sitting on the decking in the autumn sunshine, sipping wine and watching the boats go by. Not bad at all.

We had a lovely week here. Location is excellent . Parked the car free. We got the bus £2 each into centrsl Brighton and Brighton races. My only tweek would be a blind on the front door the glass is not totally opaque and the sofa bed can be seen from outside . It is small but a good base to see Brighton from

Small but perfect! Comfy sofa bed, really well-equipped and warm. What a lovely spot to wake-up to. A few strides and you have a choice of restaurants as well as a supermarket. Half an hour walk along the beach to Brighton centre. It is on the actual jetty so be prepared for some steps. Car parking was free and easy as promised.

Good location compared to beach, town and access to the hinterland by car. But too many technical shortcomings at the apartment in regards to the price, for example not really hot water in the taps and furniture on the balcony that was rusty and didn't work, and which did not fix despite the fact that we complained.

A super unique property in the Marina - an area of Brighton I'd never been to before! It felt like we were staying on a boat given how close to the water we were. Lots of restaurants handy and it's a short drive/taxi into town.

Really helpful instructions on how to get to the location, park and get checked in. The accommodation was really quirky and well presented. It was the perfect place to be in a beautiful setting that had free parking, but with a really quick and regular bus service to get into the centre of Brighton. Loved it!

It’s a lovely location with clever property design as it’s like a converted sea container on a jetty. Suits 2 adults comfortably, more might be a squeeze. Great communication from My Getaway and really clean property. We’d definitely consider staying again !

Had a lovely stay at the property and it’s situated in a gorgeous location within Brighton Marina. Photos are accurate of the place and it was well kept. We faced a couple of challenges such as the staircase being very tight to get up and round but it was manageable with a suitable handrail. When we first arrived I had to ring to get checkin instructions and the code for the Keypad as this had not been provided but was once I rang. Once we were provided with these it was all clear enough to be able to follow. The main disappointment was the security deposit charge. A day prior to the stay I received a text from MyGetaways saying I had to pay a damages deposit and had to do so within the next 3 hours which felt like I was being pressured and almost threatened as if my booking would be cancelled. The listing mentions the security deposit and it’s in the end of the property information and in my opinion should be displayed clearer. A lovely stay but better communication next time.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at On The Water 4 in Brighton's Marina. The unbeatable location offers easy access to the pier, various activities, restaurants, quaint shops, and the nearby Asda supermarket. Don't miss the Malika Indian restaurant just a minute's walk away. The free parking in a multi-level car park adds to the convenience of staying here. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with amenities such as hot water, heating, and Wi-Fi. The My Getaways team's hospitality was top-notch, and the self check-in process via the My Getaways app made the experience seamless. On arrival we were unable to access the property as the lock safe was empty, on contacting MyGetaways I was asked to take a photograph and send them a picture of the empty box, which I thought was unacceptable, particularly as we were outside in a gale force wind and torrential rain. After having to make three more calls, we were given access to another property to shelter and in the end waited for an hour, the keys were delivered by a very apologetic lady. A disappointing way to start our holiday, but after that we enjoyed the location, loads to do, recommend Globalls and Hollywood bowling. We found a short cut through the Asda carpark to the sea and enjoyed bracing walks to the pier and beyond.

Had a great stay at the Beach Hut on West Marina. The photos were accurate of the listing, the linen and towels were clean, the kitchen was well equipped for something so compact too. We had hot water, heating and Wi-Fi which was perfect for the cold and rainy days. Even on the days it was too wet to sit out on the balcony, it was lovely to look out of the big windows at the boats and water. Lots of restaurants, little shops and things to do at the Marina and the buses get you into Brighton seafront easily. This is our second time staying in the beach huts and we would definitely come back!

Convenient and comfortable place to stay. The proximity to the parking lot, the asda supermarket, the restaurants, the bus stop that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes are real assets that make it easy to stay. The accommodation is equipped with a maximum of items (fridge, oven, stove and pots, kettle, microwave, iron, washing machine, Wi-Fi, smart TV...) I would highly recommend it.

Such a cute little place in a great location - all the shops, restaurants and a supermarket right on the doorstep. I stayed with my little boy and he was so excited to be that close to the water and watch all the boats! We took the little train to the pier and lanes a couple of days, but the walk isn’t too long either (unless you have a little one with tired legs!) It was noisy one night with a dredger working on the water late into the night but I was pleasantly surprised how peaceful it was other than that.

Can’t fault this place. Location is amazing and it was super clean and tidy. The mygetaways app was very annoying to use and in the end I was unable to set it up which meant I had to ask for lots of information directly. They were very quick to respond.

This is a beautiful location, sitting in balcony and watching the boats you feel like you can be anywhere in the world. Can walk to the shops restaurant and crazy golf with few kids activities too all on the marina beautiful
