Full check in instructions will be sent on the day of the check-in at 3pm once your damages deposit has been paid.Other things to note
We hope you enjoy your stay at our house, however, this is a residential building, and therefor,e we ask you to please respect our neighbours and our house by observing the following house rules:No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please go outside onto the boardwalk. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the property will be deducted from your deposit. No music or loud TV after 10pm & before 8am.
1. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside.
2. No pets
3. Check out time is 11 am latest, please ensure you have vacated by this time.
4. No use of glitter, confetti or spray tanning in the property, please. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit to cover extra cleaning costs if we find evidence of use.
5. When you are ready to vacate the apartment, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal.
6. As respect to our neighbours, the patio area is out of bounds between 10pm and 8am. If you use the patio during these times, you will forfeit your security deposit in full.
7. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking.
8. No BBQ's
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.

My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

This was our first Airbnb experience,we normally do hotels or B&B. It was ideal for a short break away from the norm. Plenty of instructions and information leading up to our stay. The accommodation was clean, bright and peaceful on the waters edge. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and if you're a keen walker Brighton Pier was a 40 minute walk away.

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay. The accommodation felt extremely small and worn, with limited comfort or charm. The TV was not functioning, and the shower produced barely more than a trickle of water. We had looked forward to enjoying a peaceful morning coffee on the terrace, but were instead woken at 8 AM on a Saturday by loud construction work just outside. Given the price of £400 per night, we had expected a significantly higher standard and a more restful experience.

It was okay to find your way. Good description on video, but it is possible that the video was old, because there was no rebuilding of access. The apartment building was in poor condition. The water situation was not satisfactory. It was not possible to drain water in the sink if you had just flushed, and it was not possible to shower after flushing. It felt quite damp and humid in the apartment even though it was not very hot outside. You can see that attempts have been made to make the place pleasant with nice pictures, furniture, pillows, etc. It was a little too small for four people in a week. The location was good, and nice with dining places nearby. Good bus connections!

Stayed 2 comfortable nights for a weekend short trip at Brighton. A nice and quiet environment with beautiful view from balcony (same as the profile pictures). Clean and neat inside. The videos provided for access are very clear and useful, better if the video can be extended for the final paths leading to the exact room location. Many good restaurants and marine activities right next to the place. An improvement suggested for room privacy: there is no indoor curtains available for the glass door and unfortunately the glass (around 1/3 door sized) is a clear one such that people passing by can easily look inside. I found some other rooms there's blurred glass door but not my case.
