Wanted a place to spend Christmas and this was a great pick. Great location, great kitchen with a lot of supplies for us to use which we needed for our Christmas dinner. Very cosy and nice decor. Check in was very easy, check out was easy too. Host was very responsive to my queries.

We stayed 5 days. The flat is operated by an office. It was quite clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we had the first 3 nights a power generator due to a film crew infront of our bedrooms and Fri/Sat its quite loud due to the partying people that pass infront of the house. So sleeping was not so easy….

Absolutely loved our stay here. The flat was beautiful - very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Extremely comfortable. You cannot beat the location - right by the beach! Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful - making our stay stress free. We had the best time and our accommodation was perfect! Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again! Thank you for being fabulous hosts.

I fell in love with this flat and was very sad to leave. Great location and felt very homely. The only down side was the coffee filter had mould in and had obviously been overlooked and sadly we were not able to use for the stay. The bedroom lights flickered when on in the twin bedroom and strip lighting in kitchen coming away from units. Apart from these things which we reported I would definitely return!

Overall a great stay, was it perfect - no but things were delay with swiftly and the customer service was great, beds were really comfy, it was moderately clean but lots of damaged or broken furniture but it still worked. It gets warm inside so just take a fan with you! Windows didn’t open. There’s a lot of noise outside and other flat users don’t obey the noise rules but again this was not horrific. An amazing location, photos as Mon posting and honestly could not fault the responsiveness. Key fob needs replaced and really the cleaners should empty the bins. The key collection is a faff and would be easier with a coded key lock. Great location, outside deceiving and really easy to park

Nice place. Great location. Easy key pickup. Clean and well equiped. Only slight negatives were some cheap and damaged furniture that could really do with being replaced. Also no batteries in TV remote- a bugbear of mine as I don't want to go out buying these for a weekend rental

the location, decoration, usefullness all very good, we really liked our stay and we will stay again in our next visit. Only one thing i can criticize is check in and out times can be more flexible, the housekeeping team can also be more polite... Other than everything was perfect.

Would definitely stay again. Great location - everything on the doorstep. Clean and tidy. Bunk bed room small, all other rooms generous. Rear rooms (bathroom, bunk bed room, kitchen and WC) have windows into a corridor but it must be a little used corridor as never saw anyone passing. Nearby parking expensive but single yellow lines free after 6pm. I used ‘just park’ to find 5 days parking for £45 less than 20 minutes walk away and didn’t need car during stay. Dishwasher was a plus, but take your own milk, tea, coffee, bread etc as only limited tea/coffee provided.

Great base for exploring all the delights Brighton has to offer! Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen well equipped and it was useful to have two toilets! If you’re not used to the general noise of a city then I’d recommend some ear plugs, and travel light if you want to use the main car park. The cafe directly opposite on the beach is fab for an easy breakfast and a restorative coffee and The Southern Belle round the corner great for a local pint or cocktail. Would highly recommend ‘Sixes’ for entertainment if you enjoy swinging a cricket bat.

The location on the seafront is Great! Finding the wine shop that had the keys was a nightmare. The numbering on the main road where the shop is is all over the place so we took over an hour walking up and down to find it. Real shame the instructions were not more detailed. Other than that the place was very good especially if you are not using a car.

Stylish and well-appointed apartment, perfect for our group (parents, toddler & baby and grandparents). Great location opposite a lovely and quiet stretch of beach with a great cafe. Definitely a 20-min walk to the Lanes and the Pier, recommend dropping down onto the beach path as there are bars/restaurants/shops on the way. The two tricky things are collecting/dropping off the key which is at a shop a few minutes walk away, plus parking is minimal outside and mostly restricted to 1 or 2 hours so we parked at the Regency Square car park also a few minutes walk away. But overall a lovely place to stay.

Me and a few friends stayed here for a post-exam treat and the place was fantastic! Clean, modern and a superb location. Communication was clear and it was extremely easy to access the apartment. The place really made our time in Brighton memorable.

Great apartment right on the seafront. Clean and well presented, check-in does require popping to a nearby shop but do it on the way to the flat and it’s very easy. Had a great weekend, ideal for a family. Parked at Regents car park and didn’t need the car all weekend. Everything is literally on the doorstep. Will be back!

We brought the kids and grandparents from London for a weekend in Brighton and both the accommodation and the location was perfect. The property is quite historic, and is located right on the seafront. It is a ground floor flat, decorated nicely in a modern way with lots of art prints on the wall.. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed. There is a cafe on the beach in front where you can get hot drinks, fish and chips, ice cream and lots more. There is on road paid parking in front and beside the building. You need to go to a local shop to get the keys which is a 15 min round trip walk up an inclined street so best not to attempt this with much luggage or young kids. Fortunately around this street there are lots of cafes. supermarkets and restaurants. Within easy walking distance from the flat is 'Beryl' bike hire, the upside down house and the i360. All highly recommended. We didn't want to leave at the end. We will definitely return.

Excellent place in ideal central location. We only stayed 1 night to go to theatre so this place was ideal to walk there & back. Spotlessly clean & well equipped. Only slight gripe was not getting check in details until after 4 and needing to get the key from nearby shop, not too big a problem for us as we had a car but bear in mind if on foot. Other than that an excellent place to stay.

When I booked the place, I got a quick response from the host. The place was very nice and well decorated. It was easy to get the key from the key nest. It was fully equipped kitchen. The location was on the sea front so we really enjoyed our trip.

Having paid over 2000 for a four night stay, we’d hoped for a smart flat. Location is great but the flat itself needs TLC. Gaffer tape covering gaps in the carpet and cracks in the furniture. Leaks in pipes and a bedroom door which is hanging off the sliding hinge. The flat smells musty and of old smoke.

Lovely flat in a great building. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Check in easy and convenient. We were lucky to get a (paid) parking spot right in front of the building throughout our stay. Perfect location - easy stroll along the sea front to the pier and the lanes and close to Hove too. Only thing I would note is that the third bedroom (with the bunk beds) is very small, fine for kids but would be a bit cramped for two adults. Many thanks for a great stay!

The flat could not be in a better location if you want to be by the sea. Waking up and being able to see the sea out of the window was just amazing. The building itself is beautiful and being from Brighton originally I had always wanted to stay in it!

Loved our stay in this historic and stylish apartment. It was bright, warm and clean with everything we needed for our stay. A good view of the promenade past a fairly busy road but we weren’t bothered by noise. Once we parked our car we were central enough to walk to most places.

See through windows in toilet and bedrooms, so people walking inside the corridors can see you! Windows let the cold air in and really noisy! The doors sometimes opened and sometimes didn’t. We spent the majority of our time trying to get into the property. Really gutted and disappointed

Really enjoyed the stay at Deco seafront. The place is clean with a good view of the sea. You can't really the the beach shore itself but sea is visible from the hall and 2 bedrooms.
