From 19th June for 16 weeks, the entrance to West Jetty is being upgraded to make it even better for the future! During this time, a temporary entrance and exit will be in place, ensuring easy access to the jetty and your accommodation. The great news is that any works are happening at a distance from the property, so we expect minimal disruption to your stay. You'll still be able to enjoy everything this fantastic location has to offer!

Full check in instructions will be sent on the day of the check-in at 3pm once your damages deposit has been paid.Other things to note
We hope you enjoy your stay at our house, however, this is a residential building and therefore we ask you to please respect our neighbours and our house by observing the following house rules:1. No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please go outside onto the boardwalk. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the property will be deducted from your deposit
2. No music or loud TV after 10pm & before 8am.
3. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside.
4. No pets
5. Check out time is 11am latest, please ensure you have vacated by this time.
6. No use of glitter, confetti or spray tanning in the property please. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit to cover extra cleaning costs if we find evidence of use.
7. When you are ready to vacate the apartment please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal.
8. As respect to our neighbours, the patio area is out of bounds between 10pm and 8am. If you use the patio during these times, you will forfeit your security deposit in full.
9. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking.
10. No BBQ's
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.
My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

We had a very disappointing stay. From the start, we were told to unload luggage in front of the property—this nearly got us a parking ticket. It made us question if we could trust the host. The flat was much smaller than it looked online, and while the dimensions were listed, the photos felt misleading. As neurodivergent guests with health issues, the cramped space, heat, and poor airflow made it worse. The fans were inadequate, the place was dusty, and noise from other units was constant. The front door allowed silhouettes to be seen, which made us uncomfortable. We tried to relocate, but communication was confusing, prices kept changing, and we were misinformed about refund policies. Tracy was kind and tried to help, and the place was generally clean, which is why this isn't a 1-star. But overall, this experience was upsetting, and we would not stay again or recommend it.
