We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place - the location is perfect for walking down to the town and the pier (which was about 5 mins away!) and we loved having the view of the sea from the bedrooms! It was all super clean and the beds were comfy. It was super easy to find and overall just ideal for a weekend getaway with friends. Thank you so much! ❤️

Great location just a short walk to the beach. The place was easy to find and perfect for our short stay. Smaller than we expected but had everything we needed and was otherwise as described.

Great location, sea views and close to pier & bars. On arrival stair bannisters not secure, uploaded pictures on app and within 10 mins had a call to say maintenance would be around & made secure. Great response but unfortunately nothing was done about the collection of water in the yard, obvious issue with plumbing, it got worse over the weekend. We believe the damp smell in the basement area (kitchen & lounge) was caused by this problem, not nice for the person using the sofa bed! Bathrooms could do with an update.

Really good location- right on the beach front. Pretty good accommodation- most places for 8 people have mostly sofa beds but nice double and single beds. Very comfortable stay.

This accommodation was in a great location & great for a girls/boys weekend ! It was ok - clean but just ok & all we needed to just get our heads down at night ! There were a few problems we pointed out I.e the toilets were blocked & the handrails loose and screws from chairs missing - this never impacted our weekend it done it’s job. Mosa was great with communication - it just is what it is

I booked this property for a birthday weekend with 5 friends. The house looked, lovely, bright airy and cosy. However it was much smaller than expected, very dark, the lounge downstairs had a damp smell as did the bathroom, the bathroom downstairs had a hole in the floor covered by Lino ?! Both bathrooms could do with overhauling and the toilet upstairs is constantly filling up so if you’re a light sleeper good luck! Kitchen was tiny and the oven didn’t work. The property has been photographed to look lovely but in reality it was tired, dark and poor quality - for a special weekend this was a let down. Good location but that’s it. To say it sleeps 8 is unrealistic, it’s sleeps 6 as the sofa bed is too small for two people.

We liked this place, it's very characteristic of Brighton and makes you feel part of the area. It's nicely central and in a cool, buzzing area, but it's tucked in a charming side road so it's not noisy. It's right by the pier and the beach which we loved. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by.

The accommodation is well situated but is over 4 floors, with kitchen and living room in the basement. This place is good for stag/hen do but not for families. Bedrooms are nice but bathrooms are small and the one is basement makes everything smell musty. I thought a £500 additional deposits was outrageous.

Had a great stay, super responsive to any messages and queries. WiFi wasn’t strong enough to reach the top floor but the location was so central to Brighton. Perfect to explore!

This is a great little house really well located in Brighton. Its just up from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the pier and Central Brighton. Its not the most luxurious of houses but the three bedrooms are comfortable and a decent size and the living room and kitchen are perfectly adequate for a short stay. I would definitely stay again.
