This beautifully renovated, pet-friendly 4BR home has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and memorable experience for families, friends, or groups of up to 8 guests.

Set over three floors, it combines modern amenities with a cozy, traditional ambiance, making it a perfect base to relax and explore Brighton and Hove. Whether looking to enjoy alfresco dining in the sunlit garden or unwind in the glass-roofed conservatory, Hove and Away offers a delightful space for everyone to feel at home.

- Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements:
Hove and Away features four inviting bedrooms designed with comfort in mind. On the ground floor, you'll find Bedroom 1 with two single beds and a bedside table with a lamp. The first floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two single beds, each furnished with bedside tables and lamps. The spacious second-floor master bedroom includes a large king bed and an en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for a restful night’s sleep.

- Living Room and Entertainment:
The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It features two large, comfortable sofas, a smart TV for entertainment, and a dining table that seats all guests. Super-fast WiFi is available throughout the house, allowing everyone to stay connected. This inviting space is perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet evening indoors.

- Glass-Roofed Conservatory and Garden Patio:
The beautiful glass-roofed conservatory is a unique feature of the home, creating a light-filled space to enjoy year-round. The kitchen at Hove and Away is thoughtfully stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. It includes cooking basics like pots, pans, and utensils, as well as essential pantry items like salt, pepper, and oil. Appliances include a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and hot water kettle, plus dishes, glassware, and silverware for all guests. With a washer also available, you’ll have all the essentials for a self-sufficient stay.

- Family Bathroom and Ensuite:
For your convenience, the home includes a family bathroom on the first floor, equipped with a bathtub, shower over the bath, toilet, basin, and mirror. The master bedroom on the second floor has an en suite bathroom, adding extra privacy and comfort. Both bathrooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with towels for all guests.

With all bedding, linens, and towels provided, you’ll have everything you need to feel secure and comfortable throughout your visit.

- Accessibility and Stairs:
Please, note that as a traditional, character home, Hove and Away features steep stairs that may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. While this layout adds to the home’s unique charm, it may not be suitable for all guests. We kindly advise caution when using the stairs and recommend this home for guests comfortable with this setup.

Damages Deposit

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50, which covers you for up to £500 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Any stays over 5 nights do not have the MYCOVER option.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit on the day before check-in.

Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
