We had a great stay. The location is fantastic, and the flat is spacious, even for six. However it didn’t feel very private and we had people knocking on the window. The beds, however, are quite uncomfortable, particularly the sofa bed! There was some cleaning supplies, and the table and chairs are nice enough. The TV is great! Thanks for a great stay.

Noise levels high because window would not close. Trouble finding somewhere to park to retrieve the keys and car parking ticket. Car parking ticket would not work so had to pay for parking even though it was supposed to be free. Staff unhelpful about this issue when telephoned. Forced to choose between a £500 refundable deposit for damage. Even if no damages occurred it would take seven days to release the funds. Alternatively we could choose to pay a £50 non refundable deposit but they would still debit the card for any additional damage. Felt forced into the £50 one as losing £500 for 7 days was not financially viable for us. Told to download an app which would give us all the information. Sections to small to read and not all information available so had to contact the company to get the information. Overall the accommodation was clean and comfortable but the rudeness of the staff when trying to sort out the car park was unacceptable, Would not use MY Getaways again.

We wanted to check-in an hour earlier, but Getaways were not flexible. A lot of rules regarding leaving the place clean, taking rubbish out, washing all dishes, while we pay £90 for cleaning. The location was really good, the flat was nice.

Overall Stay was okay, great location and parking was a plus. The biggest let down was the WiFi, really slow, did a speed test and was 3Mbit/s which in 2023 is unacceptable, moreover the flat was in the LowerGroud so the mobile data was really bad as well. Please keep this in mind when booking this. Personally will not come back here due to the wifi issue which was again, really frustrating. Thanks

The place has seen better days, the mattresses are very uncomfortable and the ikea furniture I was one wind away from falling over. They don’t provide enough trash bags or toilet paper for more then a 3 day stay. The place also had no salt or washing powder as advertised in the listing. No toiletries at all were provided. Great location, but would not stay again.

I made a last minute booking as we were unfortunately let down by another Host. MyGetaways responded instantly and reassured me that they would not treat us the same way. All of the instructions for check-in were provided once payment was made. The apartment was exactly what we needed with good sleeping space, lovely clean modern bathroom, and a spacious living area. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Location is perfect. However there were a few things that made our stay unpleasant. The parking was a nightmare, we were promised free parking in the lanes car park however we were not provided this as the card we needed to enter the car park was not working. We spent 2 hours trying to resolve this. After several phone calls and emails the situation was not resolved and we had to constantly bother the lovely people working at the car park to let us in and out. The house is located at the entrance of the car park, so it can be quite loud when trying to sleep. We were only provided with one full toilet roll for our 2 night stay for 3 people which was not enough so you will need to pack your own.

Great location, easy to get to everywhere in Brighton. Parking was a massive bonus. No problems with the flat, a couple of touch ups needed, but didn’t effect the stay at all. Beds slighter on the smaller size as other reviews have said, comfortable though and good nights sleep. We stayed on a Tuesday night and the bar round the corner we’re doing an open mic- a little bit noisey but you can’t expect silence being right in the centre! Host was very informative and lots of communication. Overall, a great stay and will look to book again in the future

Great location, Small flat , very small rooms and beds. Beds are suitable for kids not adult (75cm single) the smallest single bed i have ever seen ! Some people are fine with that but for me is not. The 2nd issue is the noise outside if you open the window, and you have to open it for air because inside is hot no fresh air. The reason why you hear noise is the flat in low ground level facing a narrow way to public parking. Which you hear clearly people passing and talking Loudly all the time specially at night. Living room is fine with small sofa , the only good thing it becomes large sofabed. Wifi is bad and the phone network in general is bad because its LG apartment. Despite all , the location is the best. And the host reply immediately for any needs.

Great location in terms of proximity to where you wanted to be, but not great being the walkway to the car park. That made this place a bit loud. The wifi did not work very well at all, but we also had no TV, so using streaming services was a challenge.

We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton. The apartment is really lovely and the location is absolutely fantastic. Had a couple of issues whilst there. The parking pass didn’t work, resulting in us paying pretty high parking charges. Loud music right outside from neighbouring bars until around 1am and no hot water on the second day. The lifts were also out of service the whole stay.

This was a lovely place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and ideal for exploring Brighton. Once the car was parked we walked everywhere. Edge of the lanes with lots of nice restaurants to try. Close to pier and pavilion in opposite direction. Would stay again and recommend

Lovely apartment in a great location, really good value, would definitely recommend. It did get very warm and noisy at night as it backs out onto a busy street so would recommend coming prepared if you're a light sleeper, but overall a really lovely stay.

The apartment was exactly as it is in the photos - clean, spacious, modern and was also in the best location possible. It was walking distance to everything but was also quiet at nice so there were no problems sleeping. The host was so friendly and helpful. Will most definitely stay there again when visiting Brighton.

The place is quite clean and tidy, very close to the seaside. But the hot water for showering needs to heat up for a while after one person finish. The host and service is great and friendly ! Good experience :D
