We were a group of 11, six adults and 5 children. Plenty of bed space for all of us. Perfect location so near Brighton Station. I would book this property again without hesitation.

House was spacious. Good for a big family. Local to shops and transport and around 10 mins walk to the pier. Overall I was really happy with the stay and the communication.

Overall the place itself was nice. You are charged £140 for a clean. Nobody obviously checks it has been cleaned. The oven was filthy, smelly and had leftover food in. Their cleaners obviously don’t clean properly. I also left my little one’s bunny. I knew exactly where I had left it, but was told they didn’t find it. The only people to go in after us would be the cleaner. (Didn’t clean properly, and didn’t find the bunny, despite me saying exactly where it was) shame this spoilt the good time we had.

I booked this house, as I was away with work and hotel availability and prices were poor (Pride being the following week) I needed space for me and my colleagues, and this place was perfect. It's location is spot on, literally 200 yards from the train station, and shops, and restaurants etc, were around the corner. The sea front was a 10 min stroll along a single road. Lots of parking nearby also, expensive, but expected. The house itself was pretty much as the pics show. One thing I would have liked, was a check in report, to highlight any damage, as there were a few carpet stains and a broken mirror that I reported, as I didn't want to be charged for them, as they were from a previous guest. I did get a swift response reassuring they were aware. The house itself was very clean, all towels and bed linen spotless. We equipped kitchen with everything you require. Check in was super easy, you get a code for the key safe upon arrival. Clear communication throughout the process.

Great place, able to fit big groups of people. Good heating system, and always got hot water) Very clean and beautifully decorated. For sure can recommend, everything was wonderful, the instructions of the host were very clear and helpful too. Also the place is super close to train station, very convenient with transportation.

The property is close to the station within walking distance of the city center. Great accommodation for when you are with a larger group. Communication goes smoothly through the chat, access to the property conveniently with the lockbox. The amenities are good, bathrooms clean. The beds are not all ideal. We were with some tall people, so they are just too short in terms of length. Also, there were a few beds where the suspension was a little less. All in all just great. Will definitely recommend if visiting Brighton with a group.

The listing was more beautiful than shown on the pictures, comfy and clean place. Walking distance and connecting to all the spots in the city, near the train station. The accommodation was equipped with all necessities. Perfect place for large families or big groups.

I booked this air bnb for my Husband's surprise weekend away with our friends to celebrate his 40th. Great location with some really nice pubs within a really short distance and also close to shops so we could pop out and grab the odd drinks/nibbles when needed. The property was perfect- clean and well equipped. It was surprisingly spacious and everyone slept comfortably. It was super handy being close to the station and also only a 20 minute walk from the centre for when we went out for dinner on the second night. We all said that we would stay there again- great value for money!

It was a great stay and the property was really spacious and great for a group. The location is excellent, everything was in walking distance and despite being so close to the station, it was really quiet. I would say it would be helpful if there were a couple of extra things - some binbags would have been good, as well as some shower gel / shampoo / conditioner - a couple of our group had just gotten off a plane and I think would have appreciated having them in the shower as soon as we checked in! Overall it was a really great property, and MyGetaways were responsive and helpful. There is a damage deposit you have to pay in quite a short time frame, so be aware of that, and also their automated messaging system sometimes glitches and will send multiple messages with different instructions, but the team are super helpful and can answer any questions.
