I think first time I feel it's worth writing a long opinion. The place was fantastic! The flat itself is really nice and you can feel like home. 73rd floor is really impressive. When I was checking in, the host showed me everything around the apartment, how to unlock the door, how to handle everything. The swimming pool is nice. I was surprised that the host seems to have thought about even teeny tiny details that other hosts didn't. So it was really prepared in a way that made our stay much easier and more like home than a hotel or Airbnb apartment. Even though I have changed my place to stay five times already, this one will be the most memorable one to me

Excellent Location right near Dubai Marina. Walkable and great restaurants nearby. Apartment was exactly as described. Host was always responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this beautiful penthouse for 7 nights and had a truly memorable experience. The house is in a prime location -just a short walk to Carrefour, other supermarkets, the tram station, and the marine station where you can catch water taxis and ferry rides. Very convenient and well-connected! The house was very clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. What really made our stay special was the host. He was just a message away and always ready to help. I had quite a few questions -from how to switch on the induction hob to using the washing machine and he patiently answered everything. He was incredibly responsive and kind. On the day we arrived, we noticed the pots and pans were quite scratched and not in great condition. I informed the host, and to our surprise, he immediately arranged a brand-new set that was delivered the same day. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out. Overall, we had the best stay and would definitely recommend this place

Great location Very friendly host Company and very fast and kind reply from their side Outdated furniture Bad smell on upoer floor closet on stairs since looks like they are keeping inside wet things Rest was just fine
