This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (3 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per room per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. We fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 800 AED fee for late check out.

Farwell and Gervase are very good hosts, they are responsive, the instructions are clear, and no information is missing about the accommodation which allows us to be completely self-sufficient as soon as we enter the accommodation. The apartment is amazing, very clean and well maintained and no “problem” encountered during our stay. Located an 8 minute walk to the Dubai Mall, and 2 minutes to a grocery store, as well as a bar/restaurant. The view is also beautiful, day or night, and overlooks the Dubai Frame! The staff of the residence is adorable and very professional and the residence itself is very clean with a beautiful swimming pool, a beautiful gym for sports with the view of the Burj Khalifa in the distance, and has many other amenities! It has absolutely everything to enjoy without going out. Thank you, we'll be back for sure!

We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was central to so many of the sites, easily accessible and walkable to most attractions near Dubai mall. The hosts were great! Very responsive and provided everything we needed for a beautiful stay. Thank you!

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect, even providing helpful tips about the area.
