The property was clean and the view was amazing. The hottub was amazing. You can actually see the dancing fountains from the balcony. We had such a relaxing time.

Definitely a place you should experience if you come to Dubai. I feel still amazed even I had lived in Dubai for 5 years in the past. Perfect view of Burj Khalifa, and the jacuzzi is absolutely pushing the vibe to the top.

The view of the Burj khalifa was impeccable, of course if you want to get into an ice cold water. We are foreign to the city, but we have stayed in many houses, but we were able to get in in 1 hour like a labyrinth. Unlike other airbnb houses we stayed in the pontoon, there were no converters in the outlets. We wanted to iron our clothes (normally) the host said he was concerned about the iron. The house was also cold, like the hot tub, and the air conditioners didn't have a hot setting or anything else we could heat up. I wish they were also worried about that. In addition, the host did not help other than being a quick and ready response. Don't make the mistake we made to the hot tub with a view.

Amazing apartment with a stunning view - the whirlpool on the balkony with view at the Burj Khalifa is one of the most amazing things ever. Hosts are highly responsive and super helpful- we‘ll definitely stay here again for our next Dubai visit.

We had issues with the access card; we had a medical emergency, and the access card didn’t work until the third day of our stay. The host asked us to allow two people to enter the apartment to view it because they were planning to rent it after our check-out. We agreed out of courtesy, but honestly, this had never happened to me while staying on Airbnb. You’re supposed to have full rental access for those days, and they saw our belongings. It was uncomfortable to have two men enter, especially since it was just the two of us women staying there. Additionally, we extended our stay by one more night, which we fully paid for, and they requested another visit, this time for maintenance. In the end, there were too many issues and requests. We stayed for quite a few days, and I think when someone is on vacation, they’re looking to relax and have a peaceful stay. The experience should be smooth & pleasant as possible. Besides that, the location was very good, and everything was as described.

The apartment is a dream and the location as well as the hot tub on the terrace a highlight. If you know how, it is also easy to find: i will be named a location (parking). Drive into the parking garage - Level 3 - then 50 meters behind the mall entrance block E - 8th floor. Living room is clean and stylish. Bed and mattress are perfect! The bathroom and kitchen are a bit old-school but that's ok. We would book it again and again

Rating: 6/10 The apartment was clean overall, but the bathroom needed more attention, especially the toilet. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the toilet flush was broken, which I had to fix myself. There was also noise from the neighboring apartment due to renovations on the second day. Accessing the apartment was difficult due to confusing entry points. Price: The price felt a bit high considering the issues with the apartment and the overall experience. Positives: The outdoor jacuzzi was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Dubai, located just a short walk from the iconic Dubai Mall. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the apartment were incredible, especially at night when the Burj Khalifa lit up the skyline. The location couldn’t have been better—being so close to Dubai Mall gave us easy access to world-class shopping, dining, and attractions like the Dubai Aquarium and the famous Dubai Fountain. We also appreciated how convenient it was to reach other parts of the city, whether by walking or using nearby public transport. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Dubai. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the city!
