Welcome to my home!In the newly-developed Reva Residence by DAMAC Properties, this gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a luxuriously comfortable stay. Suited for couples, small groups of friends and families, the tower itself is set just across from the Dubai water canal. This apartment offers some tranquil respite within the bustling Downtown area. It is in proximity to attractions such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, which are just 8 minutes by car, and Dubai International Airport, a quick 14-minute drive.
Invite yourself and unwind over the sofa in the living area and stream all your favourite shows on the TV. Whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and enjoy a complimentary brew with the coffee machine provided. The dining table seats 4 people; it can be used as an additional space for meal prep or digital work on a portable device. Outside, a private balcony with a slight swing chair and lounge seating offers the perfect place to relax, hold intimate conversations and marvel at the Burj Khalifa.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (3 PM onwards).Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per room per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

⭐ 1/5 – Poor Experience, Would Not Recommend Our stay at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the AC was not working. The host assured us that a maintenance team would arrive within five minutes, but no one came until the following morning. When they finally “fixed” it, we returned later that day only to find that the AC was still not working. Late at night, another set of technicians arrived, removed the dirty AC filters, and washed them in our bathroom, creating a huge mess. Throughout this ordeal, there was no empathy or concern from the host. We had to escalate the issue to Airbnb support, who were the only ones that actually helped us. Due to the host’s lack of responsiveness and poor service, we had no choice but to leave after the second night and spend more than we originally planned on alternative accommodation. Would not recommend this

Great place to stay overall. We had a small set back on our Day 1 as there was water interruption which we were not informed of, but it was not the host’s fault. We received half day refund for the hassle. Unfortunately, another set back regarding internet connection which was resolved the day after we reported. The place is nice and tidy. It had all the amenities and household items we need for short stay. What’s impressive is that the host is very responsive to our queries and needs. Commendable effort. Thank you for an overall good stay!

**Perfect Family Stay with Excellent Host!** Our stay at this apartment was wonderful! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The location couldn’t be better—close to key spots, making it easy to explore the area. The host was truly outstanding. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns, which made our stay stress-free. A special shout-out for being so attentive—it made a big difference! Our kids absolutely loved staying here too. The space was family-friendly, and they felt right at home. We’d happily return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay!
