I stayed in this apartment for a month. Looks much old and used in real. It was dirty when I checked in, but they arrange light refresh cleaning next day(couldn’t do a proper cleaning after pest control). Dirty toilet smell for the whole stay. Dirty kitchen with a smell of fat from the hood so I lived on deliveries not to cook. Thin walls so you can hear everything. When I checked in there were multiple cockroaches running around, but the host arranged pest control on the next day and they left in a week(was terrifying). The bed set is full of lints and holes from smoking so I had to buy a new one for myself. Why did I stay for so long? 1. After I see cockroaches I did demand a full refund, but they refused. 2. When cockroaches left it was just acceptable to stay. 3. The pool area is really really nice in this building. The gym is also great. Security in the building is very kind and helpful if needs be. In general it’s fine if they will improve themselves and if you’ll be lucky:)
