The space

It has a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge seating area with a brand-new smart TV with Netflix, streaming services, and super-fast Wi-Fi for home working. \

The two bedrooms (1 double Ensuite) and one single have double-glazing, brand-new beds, and up market mattresses for a great night sleep.

There is a family bathroom with a full-sized bath and shower (within the bath). The apartment is also well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ironing facilities, electric oven and hob with fridge and separate freezer.

Parking
There is your own private allocated space (numbered) for the flat in the car park at the front of the property. There is also ample non restricted free parking for friends and guests too.

Fully equipped with new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, and toaster.

Dining Area
This space is open plan with the kitchen and living room. The dining table is a large table so you can work on it and eat- if you wish! The lounge area is set next to the balcony doors with views outside. The kitchen is fitted with table set for 4 with everything from placemats, pizza cutters and all you need to cook etc.

Living Area
This apartment has a contemporary design with everything you might need for a long-term stay and to get nice and conferrable and settled in. The smart TV provides Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub, and hundreds of different channels.

Main Bathroom
This spacious bathroom has a W/C, bath with shower attachment and is equipped with the quality soaps, towels that you would expect. The flat also includes a complete range of cleaning and laundry items including iron, clothes drying rack, hoover and cleaning items etc.

Double Room - En-Suite
Complete with a brand-new double bed and a top of the range mattress, this bedroom is very quiet. It also benefits from private en-suite with shower and toilet and build in wardrobes.

Single Room
This cosy single good-sized room is furnished with a single bed with premium memory foam mattresses as well as a freestanding clothes racks and lighting. Again, a spacious comfortable space with peaceful décor.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire property with keys from a lockbox outside

Other things to note

Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email including access and arrival instructions and full directions. There is a large refuse bin store on the ground floor to throw away all your waste as you wish.
