This place is great for 4 people, lots of room and plenty of plates and glasses to keep you going and very comfy beds. Like other reviews the front of the building can be noiser but the back is better where bedrooms are situated. Great location and you can easily walk into the centre. The tram outside is really handy, come out cross over and any tram (92 or 93) go into the centre as you can get off at Parc or Royal Palace one after and walk down to the Grand Place, etc There is a hotel opposite called Nhow and great bar for a night cap... The host Serge is very responsive and helpful

We stayed 8 days in this spacious, well-located apartment. The check-in instructions were very clear. There were a couple of minor problems that were quickly resolved. All appliances worked, we were able to cook simple evening meals. There are a Lidl and a large Carrefour supermarket about 10mins walk away, and a small Carrefour supermarket about 3 mins walk away. The beds were super comfortable, with high quality supima cotton sheets which we really appreciated. There is some noise from sirens in the street, but the bedrooms are at the back and are quiet. The trams at the door take you into the main area, but it is also quite walkable. We would be happy to stay here again if we return to Brussels.

I stayed at Residences Botanique with my infant. The house is quite kid's friendly. Loved the house, felt like we are at home away from home. Loved the amenities, the cleanliness, the bed and everything about the place.

My brother and I enjoyed our stay at this flat. It was clean and well fitted out with kitchen, bath and laundry necessities. In The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, and is very close to public transport, with a tram literally outside the door and metro a 3-minute walk away. Bedrooms are in the back, so away from street noise. While one fan was provided, a second one would be appreciated given the summer heat. But that was a very minor issue in what was a great stay! Highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very spacious, it was very clean and fully equipped, there was nothing we needed and didn't have. Beds are very comfortable, and there are many details that are appreciated such as bathrobes, slippers, and grooming and cleaning products. Multicultural area close to downtown (20 minutes walk) and very well connected by public transport. Very comfortable check-in, and above all to thank the host for the good communication and kindness at the time of arrival, it was very easy for us to check in, and responded immediately to a request that we made after we arrived.

The stay was great, but upon entering the dishwasher was broken and I immediately took a photo of it as proof that I didn't. The last day of the stay I wanted to iron clothes on the ironing board because we went out eating out but when I folded it out it couldn't even be decent it was completely angled. When I had reported all these problems, it was made clear to me that this was not the case upon arrival (so it's because of me). Unfortunately, I had not used the ironing board until that day so I could not send any proof of that, but when I sent the photo of the dishwasher with the time and date, I never received an answer.

Absolutely lovely stay! The hosts were so helpful and very accommodating. The location is incredible!! We would definitely stay here again. Well worth the price and frankly a great value for the amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the space was quite large. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment was adequate. The area was terrible. We felt unsafe. There was drug paraphernalia - needles laying on the ground… empty gas cartridges. Graffiti was everywhere, people openly taking drugs. Unkept buildings, homelessness and most certainly not an eloquent area/apartment block as portrayed by the owner. We contacted the owner within hours of arrival to say we would be cutting our stay short and understood the 50% loss as per the Air B&B policy for this apartment. He then proceeded to be passively aggressive and told us we would get nothing. After having to follow up with Air B&B we got our refund as well as a gratuity payment from Air B&B for what we went through. We have been using Air B&B for many years with no problems which is why my rating is great. This has been a terrible experience due to the poor attitude of the owner.

We loved staying here! It’s a little further out than some other locations we looked at but well worth it!!! This apartment is great! It’s very spacious, super clean, so many thoughtful amenities such as many toiletries, including a toothbrush that my sister needed, ice cubes and washcloth mitts that came in handy for me as I recently had surgery and needed an ice pack, a Brita water pitcher, snacks, coffee, tea and sugar, wireless MagSafe chargers in the bedrooms, a blow dryer, everything we needed and more. The beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable and very happy to have an elevator. Both Serge and his check-in coordinator were very responsive, well laid out instructions, and such an easy check-in and check-out. Serge was also very accommodating for our changing plans. Very thankful for such a wonderful stay!

The flat was very large, spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was well fitted out. The station was a 4 minute walk away and the tram stopped right outside. It was very easy to use. It was a 20 minute walk to the old town which we did every day. Serge messaged us a few times to check if everything was ok. We were allowed into the flat about 90 minutes before check in. Would certainly stay there again.

We were able to check in early which was great! Serge was proactive with communication. The tram is right outside of the door making it easy to get around. If you don’t like taking public transportation it is a bit far from the historic center. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was well maintained, very spacious, and comfortable in comparison to other European locations we have stayed in the past. The apartment had everything needed for our week long stay. The location is walkable to the train station and Grand Place. There is a tram stop right outside the building and a metro stop just a few blocks away. There are groceries conveniently located within a couple of blocks of the apartment.

My friend and I spent a few days in Brussels and we both thoroughly enjoyed Serge’s place! Everything was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and a great location! What stood out to me most was the personal touches- whether it be through communication, or details, to checking in to make sure everything was ok, Serge really takes care of guests and that means a lot. One of the best Air BnB experiences I’ve ever had! Don’t hesitate to book this location!

The apartment was really great and offered everything we could have possibly needed. The common room is very big and cozy, making it possible to really come together and enjoy some leisure time „at home“. Serge’s place was generously-sized, with luxurious amenities and numerous small, but special, touches. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and shops, and it’s walkable to either the nearest metro station or to the city center, itself.

The apartment is big, clean and homely - great place to be back each day to relax and unwind. Serge and the guest coordinator, Hasibe, were both great and very responsive - and a joy to communicate with from beginning to the end! The tram station is just in front of the apartment while the metro is just 5 mins walk away - very convenient for travelling to/from Brussels Central and other shopping areas! We are 4 "seniors" and we spent 5 days at Serge's place. The apartment is very large and nice, as described in the listing. The beds are so comfortable, even an extra bed in the huge living room. The neighborhood is not touristy, but it is very close to the center, with bus and metro 5 min walk. Serge is a welcoming and responsive host. We will probably go back to Serge's during our next stay in Brussels!

Apartment location in a great location, with tram stop directly in front of apartment. It was an easy walk to the train station with nice restaurants just around the corner. The apartment was lovely and spacious with large open spaces. Would recommend others to stay here.

Very nice and spacious flat, top equipped. The perfect starting point to explore Brussels and the surrounding area, as the north station is within walking distance, you can also quickly jump on the train and visit Ghent, Bruges or the North Sea. Walking distance to the city centre of Brussels is 20 minutes and we liked it very much that we were close to the city centre, but had it a bit quieter in the evening. You are also very close to a metro station to visit the Atomium. The communication with Serge went without problems and he always responded promptly.

We really enjoyed the apartment. There is everything you need and the space is really very large. Apartment is also very comfortable, we enjoyed the high quality bedding. We found it nice that there were board games, we even made a few parts. The apartment is in the quiet area, a stone's throw from the charming botanical garden and 15-20 minutes' walk from the Grande Place. I would like to thank the owner for his assistance and attention. I highly recommend this apartment.

This AirBnB lived up to its photos and amenities. Quite spacious, easy access to public transportation, clean, and quiet even though It’s located on a major street. The host was very helpful and the book of instructions and tips for guests was quite informative. It made our week in Brussels relaxing and easy.

Beautiful HUGE apartment. We arrived later than planned due to an issue with our train from Amsterdam. Has was waiting for us to show us around the apartment and explained how everything worked. She also provided info on the public transportation system. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Not much to do in the immediate neighborhood, but it is walking distance to transit. Has assisted us at the end of our stay with taxi info for our trip to the airport. It was a wonderful stay, I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It's even bigger than the pictures Very nice and clean accommodation. Comfortable bedding. About 20min walk to the center of Brussels. We went there to celebrate New Year's Eve and we were not disappointed, it was a very good discovery. The only downside might be the restaurants around the apartment that didn't really attract us but we found our happiness around the Grand Place. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent apartment in a good location. We had a fantastic stay in Serge’s apartment. The property was superbly equipped and extremely clean. Communication with Serge and the guest co-ordinator was excellent. Every little problem we encounter was immediately rectified by our hosts. The location was just outside the city centre but there was no dearth of public transport and taxis. Highly recommended for a stay in Brussels

You will not find a better space in Brussels. We felt like we were staying in a penthouse apartment. Anything you could want was already available in the rental. The support staff was amazing. They met us when we first arrived and took us on a tour of the apartment (I almost said 'house' because it's so large) and went above and beyond at every turn, answering our questions via text immediately whenever we had questions. The only negative impression was that the neighborhood is uneven at best. There were not many things to do in the immediate area but if you're going to be going out for day trips anyway, you won't find a better, more spacious accommodation anywhere in Brussels for the price.

I highly recommend this place! They kindly accepted our request for an early check-in since we were travelling with a toddler and Ellie was there before we arrived to settle us in and show us around the apartment. She stayed in touch through the course of our stay and answered any queries we had. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortably set up, accessorized with everything a family may need for their stay. Snacks were provided for our daughter during check-in which was a lovely touch. There is a supermarket close by which was very convenient. Location-wise you can get to most tourist spots fairly easily and there is a tram station right across the road. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Brussels.

I travel for business for a living, and my wife and I enjoy Accommodations around the world. This may be one of the best put together Air BnB we have stayed at. the hosts were amazing, and to be honest the pics did not do it justice when we saw it in person. all the extras and thoughtful things that so many rentals leave out - these people had there for you. we walked and did not have a car, it was walking distance from the Museum of Natural Science - which is a must check out - and also the trendy quarter with all the cool restaurants and shops. if you are looking at this place - stay here.

Beautiful place, perfect for 2 couples. Living room/dining room is very spacious, kitchen well equipped and bedrooms very comfortable. It was a great location for us to launch our tour of Brussels. Out of the busy downtown core, but still close enough to stroll to the action. Or when tired, quick 5 minute taxi ride back. Lots of road noise in the front, but the bedrooms are located at the back, where it was very quiet and perfect for a good night sleep.
