THE APARTMENT IS NOT FULLY SUITABLE FOR LONG-TERM LIVING, especially with children! Regarding the problems: 1. The apartment is unsanitary - cockroaches 2. Poor cleaning 3. The access system is not working 4. The router did not work 5. The lights are turned off if the owner does not pay for the electricity for the apartment 6. Dirty sofas; stained 7. Dirty ventilation; impossible to turn on - stench 8. There is mould in every corner of the bathroom!!! 9. in the washing machine - mould has not been removed for years! 10. the whole kitchen was greasy, especially the hob!!! 11. The entire apartment has dust between the walls and skirting boards! 12. The TV does not work in the hall (it turns off after 5 minutes and only works with sound) 13. the carpets were in a dirty condition 14. The air conditioning system does not work at all in one of the bedrooms! 15. The blanket looks very dirty.

We had a great stay there. It was easy to book and very simple to communicate. Host‘s responses were very prompt. The building is at a very frequent crossing and the car noise are very loud. The kitchen could be better equipped with cups for tea/coffee. Overall it was a good choice.

The location was good and the good words end here. The worst Checkin process for an Airbnb. The host first gave a wrong code. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they kept telling me that the code was correct for 2 hours. My family and I were waiting outside in the cold winter from 9-11 pm. The so called emergency number was neither picking the call nor responding to messages. On Airbnb chat, they were asking me to use finger nail or a sharp object to press harder !!!! After 2 hours, they gave the correct code. Once we got in, they demonstrated pseudo sensitivity if they can send someone for extra towels. Where was this sensitivity to send someone when we were waiting outside? The WiFi was not available in the room. The host assured to send someone who never came for the 3 days we stayed. T

Not a bad choice, however for the price paid expected more flexibility and better communication skills. When checked the possibility of an early check in or a late check out; was told to book first then they will advise, when I booked they ignored the question despite the follow up. On the day instead of being granted an early check in; ended up with a late check in as the cleaners were there till 4:00 pm, so they promised to compensate with one hour extra on check out till 1:00 pm (which means nothing extra given) on the day of check out, new guests were standing by the door exactly at 12:30, so we were kind of pushed out politely considering that they were waiting to come in!!

The apartment was spacious and the location was great. Walking distance from the beach and lots of restaurants. However, the unit looks a little bit out of date and needs some TLC. Especially in the bathrooms area. The host (Waheed was the one who was helping me) was very proactive and trying to solve the problem very well. Answering the questions within minutes after i texted him.

Check-in went well, the apartment is clean and cozy. Close to the beach, supermarket, swimming pool. There were questions, they immediately solved the problem. Great location.

Apartment was nice and clean. I'd mention the limited kitchenware, specifically plates and spoons. That was not enough at all. Additionally, there was not an extra madras for emergency. The view was fabulous but we couldn’t enjoy it due to dirty windows:)

The host is not interested in guests. Cancelled my reservation a month before check-in. I bombarded him with messages, ignored him. I don't recommend it. Thanks to airbnb, they canceled the non-refundable reservation and returned the money because of the host's anger. I do not recommend it if professionalism and responsibility are above all else for you.

I wanted to stay for a week and i extended my stay for few more days because the apartment was so cozy and spacious. The location is perfect, in the heart of JBR. And everything was easy from checking in to checking out

Despite booking more than 20 days in advance.. the morning before my check in I got a call from one of the host's staff telling me that the location I booked is not available anymore! they offered other sites in other locations that I refused yet they did not formalize the cancellation in Airbnb so I can get my refund , and I had to contact Airbnb support to intervene.. not only that, despite making it very clear that I'm not interested in the other sites they offered me and asking for them to complete the cancellation, they kept on bombarding me with more locations to an extent that I had to ask the staff member if he understands the meaning of the word NO! very unprofessional and disrespectful! would not recommend!

This is a beautiful apartment, spacious and airy and with great views from the main bedroom. It was also spotlessly clean and in a great location. However, the check in experience was terrible. We didn’t receive the address or apartment number ahead of time, and had to repeatedly call and send messages. Same for the code to get into the apartment and the wifi code. We never got a key card to the building so we had to buzz for entry every time and then explain to security who we were. The kitchen is very poorly equipped (for example there were only 4 mugs, despite it being a 6 person apartment) and the bathrooms are tired and need updating.

Very nice surroundings (The Beach) with everything at walking distance. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, but it looks like it needs a bit of a refresh and a more careful cleaning routine.
