Parking – One Car Permit Included

Simeon Sands Coastal Escape benefits from a residents' on-street parking permit for one vehicle, allowing guests to park in designated permit bays within the local parking zone.

To arrange your parking permit, please provide us with your vehicle registration number before arrival, so we can register your car for the duration of your stay.

Please note that parking spaces are not allocated, and a space directly outside the property cannot be guaranteed. Parking is subject to availability within the designated permit zone.

If you are travelling with more than one vehicle, additional cars will need to use alternative parking arrangements, subject to local restrictions and charges.Included services
