Absolutely loved staying here. Justine is so responsive and helpful, not that we actually needed any help as everything was perfect, absolutely everything had been thought of and included in the house. The off road parking is brilliant, location great to walk to lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. Would recommend this house to everyone

Wow! What an amazing cottage, in a fabulous location. We enjoyed every second of our trip to Cowes. The cottage was centrally located to the shops/bars/restaurants in Cowes and had parking, which was a huge plus! We will definitely recommend Mulberry Cottage to others and hope to return one day - thank you so much 😊

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mulberry Cottage in Cowes! The cottage has every amenity you could wish for and the location is ideal! We had truly excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. We have no hesitation in fully recommending a stay at Mulberry Cottage and we very much look forward to returning in the near future!

Mulberry Cottage is a very lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped accommodation with lots of charm in a prime location in Cowes in the middle of a beautiful garden. We would love to come back! There is almost nothing to improve. The only thing we found was that the mattresses in the double bedroom on the top floor were really too soft and it would be great if the bedrooms could be darkened better at night. All in all, a highly recommended accommodation!

Mulberry Cottage is the best holiday rental property we have stayed in. Don't hesitate to book. The photos and description are totally accurate. Justine was immediately and positively responsive. The property is very attractively furnished with many lovely personal touches. The small garden and patio are perfect, with french doors opening out for easy sunny access. The summer house was a treasure trove of toys. The views from the bedrooms over the harbour are marvellous. All the kitchen appliances and washing machine and tumble drier were simple to use. Central Cowes is a couple of minutes' walk and the yacht clubs just a few minutes away. Parking for 1 car in central Cowes is a rare bonus. The only thing to note is that the stairs are steep, narrow and twisty, but there are good handrails at every point and stair gates. The heating and water were efficient. Can't recommend this property more highly.

We had a fantastic stay at Mulberry Cottage. What a beautiful, comfortable place in a lovely little location with so much to do within a short walk or a 15 - 30 minute drive. The fact that you're provided with an app in advance with check in info, instructions for all the facilities, details of local and loads more was so helpful. The one time we needed more information, a quick text to Justine resulted in a friendly and quick response. Would 100% return and would recommend to anyone for a family friendly trip to the IOW.

Fantastic cottage in the heart of Cowes. We had a lovely stay as a family of four, using it as a base to explore IOW. The cottage has everything you could possibly wish for and was very comfortable. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time at Mulberry Cottage! We stayed for 10 nights and were travelling as a family of 4. The cottage is beautiful and exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The shower was amazing and beds were comfy. The milk, biscuits and coffee pods on arrival were a lovely touch and much appreciated. The location is brilliant - only a very short stroll onto the high street and to the esplanade. Having a car parking space was a big plus and also having access to such a beautiful garden was lovely. The views from the bedrooms over to the sea are lovely and we enjoyed watching the passing ferries and cruise ships. Directions to the cottage were spot on and check in was easy - even arriving very late at night! Communication with Justine was great - we received prompt responses to our queries and Justine was very helpful. We have stayed in other cottages on the Isle of Wight and in Cowes in particular, but this cottage was our favourite. We hope to return!

Excellent property set in a lovely garden in close proximity to the the town centre. Lots of good quality restaurants nearby offering a range of cuisines. The house was clean and extremely well-equipped. Joining instructions were clear and comprehensive. Overall an excellent base for exploring the Island.

The cottage is perfectly located close to the high street with lots of restaurants and the beach. This is definitely one of the best places we had a chance to stay. The house is clean and comfortable. Lots of space inside and on the patio. To have the summer house full of kids toys was an absolute win. I can’t recommend this enough and hopefully we will be back.

We had a nice stay at the cottage. The gardens are beautiful and cottage is well equipped. Justine was a responsive and helpful host. We had everything we needed for a convenient stay with our two young children. The cottage feels a bit like you’ve gone to stay with your Nan, but perhaps that adds to the experience! Mulberry Cottage is set in a beautiful garden, with amazing sea views from the first and second floor bedrooms. It's situated in a prime location in the heart of Cowes Old Town, with off-road parking, and is furnished to a very high standard - we particularly appreciated the black-out lined curtains. The cottage is extremely clean and well equipped and the description of the property very accurate. Care is needed on the steep stairs but again, that is clearly stated. Justine was very helpful and responded promptly to communications. We would highly recommend Mulberry Cottage for a relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings.

Mulberry Cottage is a lovely base to explore the Isle of Wight from! Lots of restaurants and shops just around the corner and a beautiful long sea front just minutes away. The cottage felt very covid-safe, with extra touches like pre-packaged items (wash up sponge, dishwasher tabs, tea/coffee/hot choc etc). Lovely and clean, very relaxing! Thank you so much for a great week, would highly recommend.

This is an excellent house, in a great position, with lovely views over Cowes. The house has everything you need and also the summer house has everything the children needed to keep them busy. The house was clean and well appointed especially as we are a family of 5! There was excellent communication throughout. An excellent holiday and we definitely recommend to anyone wanting a week in the Isle of Wight.

Just got back from 5 days at this charming cottage and it was very quaint. Comfy beds and cute little staircases to the first and second floors. The views from the top bedroom were beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the kids really enjoyed the garden. We had 2 cars and there was only one car parking space at the cottage but we managed to get some free overnight spaces in the roads nearby (6pm -8am) free. The main streets of Cowes are located one street away so excellent location near to many shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning one day! Claire

The house is incredibly stylish, clean, central and well-equipped with everything you could need. Host was easy to get in touch with was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the bedrooms was amazing as was the garden and patio. We were four adults and two children renting the place for 4 nights and can really recommend both the house and the city!

We had a great weekend at Justine’s place in Cowes. We were taking part in the Isle of White Ultra Challenge and the house was a perfect base for us. Somewhere peaceful to relax before and after our event, with all the amenities and home comforts we could have hoped for. Beautiful garden / outdoor space too. Highly recommended!

An extremely comfortable stay in a cosy Cowes cottage with views across the Solent. Booking was made easy by Justines speedy responses and we found the home to have all of the essentials that we needed for our stay. The narrow stair cases to the upper floors may be an issue for the less mobile and those with young children. Overall the house was homely inviting and vey comfortable. Thank you Justine

The cottage was a home from home and we had a wonderful holiday. It was beautifully decorated and clean throughout and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept amazingly well, even the children!!! The views were beautiful to wake up to everyday. The garden and garden house was a bonus and our 3 year old daughter loved it! Justine was a great host always at the end of a text message if we needed her. There were no downsides for us at all, I would only say if you struggle with stairs this may not be the place for you. It is just a bit narrow and steep to climb the stairs. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to visit again soon. Jo & Sam x

Really super cottage in a brilliant location less than a minute from Cowes High Street. The stairs are really not for anyone with mobility issues, but were no problem at all for our family of 5 (children aged 9, 11 and 14). Very comfortable sitting room, kitchen is small but has everything you need. The cottage is in the grounds of the owners house, which may be in the website description (I haven't checked), but the outdoor table and terrace feels very private. Would highly recommend.

Amazing house, fantastic place for our four young kids. Breakfast and dinners on the patio, Aladdin’s cave of toys for the kids in the summer house. Super clean, beautiful decor, charming character, 2mins from coast - walks/restaurants/ice cream. Everything we could have wanted and more.

Absolutely great spot in west Cowes. Close to everything but quiet with an amazing patio and garden. Great for families with all the amenities you might need. Highly recommend staying. You won’t be disappointed.
