We stayed in this apartment for June - a family , two adults and a child. The management staff replies to all queries quite quickly. There were problems with the air conditioner being repaired on the same day. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the sea, swimming pool, beach club and restaurant : all within a walking distance. There is a cozy garden and sea view. And here all the pros are over. The apartment requires a good renovation!!! The bed linen is very old with holes. The bathroom is in someone else's hair, there is a mountain of dust under the sofas, a very dusty carpet. There are bad knives in the kitchen (they brought us new ones upon request, but they were disgusting and it is not possible to cut them since they bend ). There is no blender, coffee machine , 1 frying pan that can not be used - it was all burned out, they bought their frying pan so that they could cook at home. The apartment needs to be at least cleaned well, change the bedding for new ones and complement the kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay.

Can recommend! Spacious big apartment with terrace with sea view. Is is located in closed compound so you have to register at security guys. Beach has sunbeds (for free) amd it is a long private beach for this compound with undisturbed view on burj khalifa and burj al arab. Palm Jumeirah generally does not have good public transportation connection to the rest of the city, so you will have to use taxi all the time to get around. There is small grocery shop in basement of building next door, so that was convenient, however no ATM close to the apartment. It was very clean, spacious, kitchen well equipped, washing machine, good internet connection. For late check out we paid 300 AED (ca 75€).

Having Stayed in the Palm Area before a great apartment location as friends live close Great Restaurants and Bars in locality. Easy access to the beach ! Easy access to Spinneys supermarket on Golden mile

This apartment was far beyond what was shown in pictures, spacious, beautiful surroundings, easy accommodations are just a few of the ways to describe the stay from One Perfect Stay. would come back here with no hesitation, felt safe, felt welcomed, and made our stay in Dubai that much better!

The appartment is in a really nice location at the beachfront. Balkony overviewing the beach restaurant and pool. The servive was very professional and any wish was fillfilled immediately. I would come back any time !

All went perfect, the place was spacious, clean and well equipped. For a stay in Dubai with the beach a few meters away on the palm island, I'd say this has been the perfect stay!

We had an amazing 10 days at this home. We are traveling for work/vacation with 3 adults and a girl and it has been perfect. David left everything perfectly organized so that upon our arrival we had no problem as we were arriving at night. He was also always available if we needed anything. The building staff has been very friendly and attentive people resolving any questions and always helping. The location is very good and the beach and pool are very comfortable and quiet. You can tell that they take great care of the area because everything is always clean and very well cared for. We will do it again for sure!

that flat needs deep cleaning especially kitchen and bathrooms.there is a heavy smell coming from pipes .floor tiles are blackened from dirt. needs pest control all the building has bugs arround what a shame for a perfect located pet friendly place.

Very nice stay in a vast apartment ideally located alongside the beach on Palm Jumeirah. Easy access with an allocated parking in the basement. We were a family of 2 + 2 kids (1yo and 2yo) and had an easy-going stay with plenty of options for young kids. David took great care of us and was very responsive to our demands. We definitely recommend that place.

Apartment is great, quiet location and very spacious. We had a few teething issues but they were resolved very quickly. Beach access is not included with this apartment but can be purchased on a daily basis and includes swimming pool and a well equipped gym. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use apartment again.

The apartment is very nice and specious with a wonderful location with view to the beach and pool. Convenient with parking in the basement garage. There are restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. There is no free access to the beach and pool included, but a day pass can be bought from the reception for 110 dirham. William was very prompt in answering all our questions.

We have just spent 4 days in Dubai.A nice clean apartment, perfect location, easy check-in/out. A couple of things to mention: no access to the beach with this apt, additional cost - 25 USD per person/day. No usual extras like drinking water, tea, salt, dish-washer tbl etc - not a big deal, but slightly inconvenient. The rest is great!

Location is great, but Apartment hasn’t been used in a long time as water from pipes came out not clean at the beginning and there was dead bugs.
