A large 4-bed detached house with a driveway for 3 cars, additional street parking available subject to availability. There are 5 double beds upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table seating six and an adjoining conservatory. Large lounge area with smart tv and Virgin Media, PlayStation 4 with a small selection of games and a random selection of books.

The space

Upstairs we have four bedrooms with five double beds and a bathroom. Downstairs is a large lounge, utility room, a shower room and a kitchen diner leading to a conservatory.

Guest access

The whole house is available with the exception of the garage which we use for storage and supplies.

Other things to note

Main bathroom upstairs contains a bath and shower over, the downstairs bathroom contains a shower and toilet.

Although its listed for 10 occupants the seating in sitting room only suitable to seat 6 comfortably. Needs another sofa

WHAT A FIND, this house is located in a nice area of Cheshunt/Flamstead End and short drive to Brookfield shopping centre and various parks. Inside, the house is clean and spacious giving little touches such as blankets, milk and biscuits. The lounge is a great size and really cosy. There is a downstairs toilet and shower, which is fab. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a separate area for eating at a table and chairs with additional table and chairs in the conservatory. There is a small garden at the back. upstairs is impressive with a good size bathroom, and 4 bedrooms offering 5, yes 5 double beds. Having lived in the area and having family nearby I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back

Terry was very helpful before and during our stay. We weren’t in the area for long as we were visiting for a family reunion nearby. Plenty of space for us all to stay and a very well equipped kitchen. Kids loved the gardens!

Perfect for our trip. Visiting family in North London and we have kids. Lots of room and exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Host was also responsive when we had one request. Great place.
