✔ BEDROOM 3 – Office with a convertible sofa bed 160 x 200 cms, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom and views of the front garden.

✔ BEDROOM 4 – Separate annex 20 metres from the main house. Two single beds 80 x 180 cms, air-conditioning, bathroom shared with the adjacent room.

✔ BEDROOM 5 – Separate annex 20 metres from the main house. Convertible sofa bed 160 x 200 cms, fan (no air-conditioning), bathroom shared with the room next door.

✔ BATHROOMS x 4 – All equipped with shower, toilet and handbasin. The master bathroom also features a large bathtub.

✔ YOGA STUDIO – Separate garden building ideal for yoga, stretching or quiet reflection.

✔ GAZEBO – Overlooking the swimming pool with comfortable seating for drinks and relaxation.

Guest access

The whole of the house will be yours, with the exception of a couple of private cupboards.

Please note that a caretaker lives onsite in a separate cottage. The housekeeper can attend as much or as little as you wish.

Other things to note

✔ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

No smoking indoors – You're very welcome to smoke outside on the terrace.

Pets – We love animals, but unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Events, gatherings and parties are not allowed.

Quiet hours – To respect our neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Children – For safety reasons, the property is only suitable for children aged 8 and over who are competent swimmers, as there is an unfenced pool on site.

Guard dogs – Two friendly guard dogs live on the property. They are not aggressive and will be kept away from guest areas during the day.

Bookings for Moroccan nationals – Due to local laws, we’re unable to accept bookings from unmarried couples if one partner is a Moroccan national.

Passport information – As required by Moroccan authorities, we’ll need to collect passport details from international guests during check-in.
