The space

✔ EXCLUSIVE USE – The entire property is yours to enjoy, from the sprawling grounds to the relaxing pool.

✔ SPACIOUS POOL – 15 x 5 metres, ideal for sun-soaked afternoons and outdoor dining with views of the Atlas Mountains.

✔ BEDROOM 1 – Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and a private verandah overlooking the pool and stables.

✔ BEDROOM 2 – Queen bed 160 x 200 cms, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and a view over the garden.

✔ BEDROOM 3 – office with a convertible sofa bed 160 x 200 cms, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom, view of front garden.

✔ BEDROOM 4 - in separate annex 20 metres from main house. Two single beds 80 x 180 cms, air-conditioning, bathroom shared with bedroom next door.

✔ BEDROOM 5 - in separate annex 20 metres from main house. Convertible sofa bed 160 x 200 cms, fan (no air-conditioning), bathroom shared with room next door.

✔ BATHROOMS x 4 – all equipped with a shower, toilet and handbasin for your comfort. Bathroom one, attached to the master bedroom, also has a large bathtub.

✔ YOGA STUDIO. Separate building in the garden.

✔ GAZEBO overlooking the swimming pool. Comfortable seating area for drinks and relaxing.

✔ BARBECUE area, with a table and chairs in the garden.

✔ BALCONY – Sun-drenched balcony with views of the lush surrounding trees.

✔ LIVING AREA – Air-conditioned space with 2 cosy sofas and a fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings.

✔ KITCHEN – Fully equipped with olive oil, spices, tea, coffee, gas cooktop, and more.

✔ HOUSEKEEPING – Daily cleaning and breakfast preparation provided by an on-site housekeeper. Dinner can be arranged for an additional cost.

✔ LOUNGE & TV NOOK – A snug retreat for movie nights or relaxation.

✔ PARKING – onsite.

Guest access

The whole of the house will be yours, with the exception of a couple of private cupboards.

Other things to note

✔ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

No smoking indoors – You're very welcome to smoke outside on the terrace.

Pets and parties – We love animals, but unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets. For everyone’s comfort, parties are also not permitted.

Quiet hours – To respect our neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Children – For safety reasons, the property is only suitable for children aged 8 and over who are competent swimmers, as there is an unfenced pool on site.

Guard dogs – Two friendly guard dogs live on the property. They are not aggressive and will be kept away from guest areas during the day.

Bookings for Moroccan nationals – Due to local laws, we’re unable to accept bookings from unmarried couples if one partner is a Moroccan national.

Passport information – As required by Moroccan authorities, we’ll need to collect passport details from international guests during check-in.
