Excellent stay in this large house for a London house in zone 1. The terrace is a big plus in summer and apart from the few ambulances that pass to go to Kings College Hospital, the area is as quiet as it gets! We will definitely stay in this accommodation again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s beautiful, extremely cosy and spacious, and it immediately felt like home. Everything matched the description and photos perfectly. The access to the garden is wonderful, it feels almost magical, with little “guests” like squirrels visiting from time to time, so you feel like you’re in a fairytale. I also loved the minimalistic design of the apartment, it actually inspired me and gave me ideas for my own home. I also want to mention the bedding, the blankets were the best I’ve ever had in any stay, so soft, it felt like sleeping on a cloud, honestly incomparable to any hotel quality. Katherin was fantastic with communication. If I had any questions, she always replied quickly and was ready to help with anything I needed. I definitely recommend this place. It’s been a lovely stay, and I will definitely be coming back.

The house is very beautiful and cozy, with a backyard where you can relax outdoors. The location is great — close to many bus stops, making it easy to get to central London. It’s about a 15–17 minute walk to Oval Tube Station. Katherin was very helpful and always picked up the phone whenever I called.

Great place, just as described and really easy to ge to. Everything was clean and organised. Ifyou are hoping for all inclusive there just wasn’t a microwave, but we did okay without it. Really nice and quiet location especially for a family with the nearest bus stop into the city being 10 mins.

Couldn’t even have a few family members visit me before havijg host message us and kick out non guests. We didn’t cause any disruptions of noise or anything. She has cameras installed and had been watching us during the stay when and who was entering building. Which is understandable but not with how often she would message and the timing of her messages were just after one of us guests entered or exiting the building. Extremely uncomfortable because of host but the place is gorgeous and cozy. It’s a shame it’s hosted by someone so inconsiderate and has an awful attitude. I would have loved to return if it weren’t for the issues and disruptions caused by host. Didn’t accommodate us well. Very emotional as family left not even 20mins into spending time together. After having not seen them for a year and being sent constant messages about vacating premises or we will be kicked out was extremely stressful and ruined the experience and stay.

The accommodation was excellent, as described and exceeded our expectations. Clean, tidy and spacious lounge/dining area. Very welcoming and relaxing decor and well furnished. Good sized bedrooms and clean bathroom. Easy to find, good parking and on street charging points just around the corner. Excellent location, easy to access central London. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Katherin was a good host. The instructions were clear and via chat she was usually reachable within an hour. The place is very stylishly furnished and very clean. The beds are comfortable for couples, but no queen size. The bathroom is equipped with everything (shampoo, hairdryer, enough toilet paper). For people who do not like to travel by bus, the nearest metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The nearby shop offers everything you need. Somewhat problematic was that you only had one key available. However, it may be possible to get another one on request to Katherin. The heater is controlled via Google Homeassistant. The rooms have about half a day until they are warm. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very happy with the place and would book it again.

This house is very spacious with 2 stories and it is also clean. Definitely a great price for all of the amenities. I recommend staying here if you plan on visiting London.
