Our stay was very nice overall. The only thing that could be improved is having a better frying pan in the kitchen, as cooking was a bit difficult. In addition, there was no dishwashing sponge or dishwashing liquid provided. Although we were two guests, there was only one shower gel and one shampoo. Also, the description mentions that salt is available in the kitchen, but there was no salt. This was not a problem for us since we brought our own. Other than these small points, the location and the view are amazing. The property has excellent security within the complex, and the host responds to messages immediately and is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

very good place to stay. the location is excellent. but we had a little trouble at the entrance. I had to wait. the company had not uploaded our information to the site management system. I think it was a systemic situation. then our check-in was completed and we went inside. I can say that the check-in instructions were not very clear. 3 different people said the door code wrong. but it was a nice, safe and good stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. Very easy check in, even though we arrived at the apartment at 2 AM. The apartment is very well positioned, with security staff at every entrance, quiet, spacious and with a gorgeous view. The host responded in a timely manner to any and all questions we had during the stay. Check out was very easy too. It could be a little modernized the bathroom, but everything else was perfect. I hope to come back!

Place was perfect. I would buy it if for sale. Two things for those going to stay: 1. Floor was sticky/dirty, most likely from floor not clean from cleaner's shoes. I mopped myself, annoying to do but it was home for the time being so I took care of "my home". 2. Took repeated times asking to activate my access card for first 48 hours so gym/pool/building access very inconvenient in the beginning. Small things. Even a 5☆ hotel has a water spot on their glasses sometimes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat with a smile on my face. Well done team!

Very secure and peaceful place. Very kind staff and a perfect location. It is close to everything. There are supermarkets around it and a nearby Mall. The balcony view was amazing. In general, it was a splendid stay.

The apartment is terrible❌❌❌ and not like the pictures at alll. The apartment cleaning is disgusting and the leaving room sofa is old and stink. The apartment is a trap. Does not worth any money you pay. Its bad experience. The host is not cooperating with us like he knows about these. We found the following disgusting stuff: 1- a long hair are in the bed and the pillows/blanket are old and smell bad. 2 - found eye lenses in the cup and the host ignored us. 3- the host will not help you for anything you need. 4- We have asked the host after we arrived to change the bed sheet and pillows because they were smell bad and stink and he says it's not available today. 5- he said ill charge you for missing 2 keys! And we have only see 1 key. And he did not At least compensate for anything we have observed in the apt I do not recommend this place. Too many places I've booked is WAY better than this by all means.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful accommodation . The Metro is just 5 mins away walking distance and takes you to downtown like Dubai mall . Around the Appartement itself you find pharmacy’s , supermarkets and restaurants . The beach is also not more than 10 mins walking distance away , otherwise you can visit the pool the accommodation is provided with . The Appartement has a stunning view and is equipped with everything one would need . I would always come back thank You for the wonderful stay .

The apartment is bright and spacious with a small balcony that can be enjoyable to sit on and see a bit of the Marina. The location is very good, you can go to Marina Mall or JBR by foot if you feel like walking, and also the train is accessible. There is a minimart nearby too so you will be sure to have everything you need. It was overall a good stay, although there are some things I wish the host improved. While they are not strictly necessary in an Airbnb, they are more and more common these days from hosts who wish to provide more a hotel-like experience and stand out. For example, only one toilette roll was provided and the guest has to buy himself additional ones. There were two sets of towels and extra were chargeable. No toothpaste and toothbrush and limited shampoo and lotion bottles, that's not enough for more than 4 days stay, so I had to buy some myself. Also it would be nice to have some complementary coffee powder to make coffe using the kettle. While not strictly necessary these are things which are not costly but that a guest would greatly benefit from. In terms of communication the host was responsive overall, but there is some room for improvement in tackling some queries that I had to ask a few times and streamlining the process, although he ensured I could check in and out in all convenience. I had to ask the same question a few times. Considering all aspects, mainly the location being great, the apartment spacious and functional and check-in process suitable, I would recommend this unit as good value for money.

Excellent location, beautiful views from flat. Nice and clean place. Dubai Metro right at the door step. Jbr walk is just a stone throw away with nice bustling beach and a quite and peaceful Marina at your sight. Loved our visit. Highly recommended!!!

I liked everything, a great apartment with a beautiful view. Well equipped. The location is super, close to the metro and close to many grocery stores, the canal embankment with cafes and Marina Mall. Recommended.

This place had everything we needed. One of the first places I’ve ever stayed that knew how to do lighting. Table lamps, dimmers, most people have no clue. Nice touch. We could walk easily to the beach from here, several large grocery stores, and a liquor/beer/wine store a short walk away. We enjoyed having brunch on our balcony, and a nice big comfortable bed. Minor construction noises, nothing too bad. Also a very nice heated pool for the times we didn’t walk to the beach. A quick walk to metro, and right on the Marina Promenade. One perfect stay , will be polite and nice to you before u make the booking, after the booking the assistant is very low on response, the person who will speak to you on Airbnb is not the same person of the one will answer you by the phone , I had a problem on my app abs I couldn’t access it to cancel , I spoke with the host on the phone , they said don’t worry we will assist you , next day they was to busy to assist me , second day the booking still active abs they still charged me , even knowing the problem of travelling restrictions, they knew I had a problem to cancel the reservation by my end , and they let the booking active to still be charging , finally when my app was updated I could cancel and I spoke with the agency, they blocked me abs refuse to refund fully , they blaming a policy for that, but I sent a request for payment they could have pay as they was were of everything, even that the refuse to pay ... so if u are travelling one this situation that world is change so much , be careful to his agency will be nice till you book after the reservation , if u do have problems they will take days to answer abs after block you

building, apartment, gym, pool and pool area very well maintained, pool area very spacious, arrived in the early morning hours and they arranged a very early check-in. This place and the hosts deserved in every way 5 stars, I warmly recommend it. Regards Harald
