The Ultimate [aka Satin or Private] Spa Bowers offer the ultimate in luxury in a recently repaired & renovated cabin.
As with all our accommodation, the Ultimate Spa Bower is fully self-contained to allow you total privacy during your stay and offers a;
- fully equipped modern kitchen/laundry &
- bathroom, including a separate shower recess, a deep spa/jacuzzi, with piped music to the bathroom so you can relax in the spa and sip champagne while listening to your favourite music
- spacious living room including a slow burning wood fire, smart TV, R/C Air conditioning & heating with ceiling fans for best 'climate' control
- large private BBQ deck where you can relax immersed in the natural environment of The Bower.
- large bedroom with a massive king bed that is often commented on for superior comfort !
- outdoor lighting to highlight the surrounding wildlife.

Simply fabulous. Beautiful and secluded however everything is close by. We spent the weekend on the new mogo MTB trails and coming back to the tranquility of the bower was wonderful. Thank you to the hosts who were amazing at communicating Would come again without a second thought

Property Manager Terms
• All prices quoted in Australian Dollars.• The Bower caters exclusively for adult couples and is not equipped to accommodate children or infants.
• We do not accept bookings with arrival or departure on days designated as public holidays in NSW
• We accept a deposit of 50% of the total tariff as confirmation of your reservation [reservations are confirmed in the chronological order deposits are placed] with the balance payable on arrival.
• We accept all major credit cards and reserve the right to recover merchant processing fees from the payer's card account.
• This quote is subject to other bookings which may be received. In the event of 2 requests for confirmation, the reservation will be allocated to the guest who places a deposit first.
• We reserve the right to upgrade your reservation to another Bower, should this be required to accommodate multiple requests by guests for the same night[s].
• In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded, less any costs incurred by us if your booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. If less than 14 day's notice is given, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-let the accommodation. All cancellations must be in writing and attract a 10% admin fee.
• We reserve the right to recover costs for any damage incurred by guests to the building and its contents.
• If you find any problem with your accommodation you must notify Mark & Sue of the issue as soon as practicable so that we have an opportunity to remedy the situation.
• Use of Accommodation Service: You consent to The Bower at Broulee, or authorised agents thereof, using personal information on GuestChek.com in relation to your use of accommodation services.
• Whilst taking all reasonable precautions, The Bower management cannot be responsible for “acts of god/mother nature”, i.e. fire, storms, floods or take responsibility for other parties' issues (e.g. power outages).
• Allocation of individual Bower is subject to other bookings, before/after your stay.
• Whilst we endeavour to assist with any difficulties you may have with your booking, please understand that the viability of The Bower depends heavily on advance bookings and therefore we must enforce our cancellation policy as outlined above. Should there be any risk of cancelling or changing your booking at short notice, we strongly recommend that guests take out the travel insurance cover.
• Check-in time is after 4 p.m.
• Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless special arrangements are made.)
