Over two decades ago, we left behind the city to create this retreat — a sanctuary where couples could slow down, breathe deeply, and find magic in each other’s company. Though the 2019 fires challenged everything we built, the Bowers — and the forest — have since flourished anew.

What a great 2 night stay. Super easy check in. Even considered what mobile provider we had. Instructions super clear, super private. Suprised that kitchen had breakfast, nice touch. Enjoyed the fire pit. Had some wildlife that was around the back yard, was really amazing. Bathroom was super nice. Really enjoyed our stay we will be back. Hosts were always available if we required them.

A lovely and cosy stay at The Blue Bower. The location is scenic and private. There was a little more road noise than I would have hoped for, but Mark and Sue definitely can't control that! I feel this noise would vary depending which Bower you stayed in on the property. The house was well appointed, comfortable and comes with a very thoughtful starter grocery package. Thanks for a great 'relax and reset' getaway!

My fiancé and I recently stayed at The Bower at Broulee and it exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation is beautifully designed, private, and surrounded by peaceful bushland, creating the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The villa was spotless, luxurious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The little touches, including the breakfast provisions and thoughtful amenities, made our experience feel extra special. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and being just a short distance from the stunning Broulee beaches. The hosts have clearly put a lot of care into creating a unique and memorable getaway. If you’re looking for a romantic, peaceful retreat on the South Coast, I couldn’t recommend The Bower highly enough. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. Five stars!

Property Manager Terms
• All prices quoted in Australian Dollars.• The Bower caters exclusively for adult couples and is not equipped to accommodate children or infants.
• We do not accept bookings with arrival or departure on days designated as public holidays in NSW
• We accept a deposit of 50% of the total tariff as confirmation of your reservation [reservations are confirmed in the chronological order deposits are placed] with the balance payable on arrival.
• We accept all major credit cards and reserve the right to recover merchant processing fees from the payer's card account.
• This quote is subject to other bookings which may be received. In the event of 2 requests for confirmation, the reservation will be allocated to the guest who places a deposit first.
• We reserve the right to upgrade your reservation to another Bower, should this be required to accommodate multiple requests by guests for the same night[s].
• In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded, less any costs incurred by us if your booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. If less than 14 day's notice is given, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-let the accommodation. All cancellations must be in writing and attract a 10% admin fee.
• We reserve the right to recover costs for any damage incurred by guests to the building and its contents.
• If you find any problem with your accommodation you must notify Mark & Sue of the issue as soon as practicable so that we have an opportunity to remedy the situation.
• Use of Accommodation Service: You consent to The Bower at Broulee, or authorised agents thereof, using personal information on GuestChek.com in relation to your use of accommodation services.
• Whilst taking all reasonable precautions, The Bower management cannot be responsible for “acts of god/mother nature”, i.e. fire, storms, floods or take responsibility for other parties' issues (e.g. power outages).
• Allocation of individual Bower is subject to other bookings, before/after your stay.
• Whilst we endeavour to assist with any difficulties you may have with your booking, please understand that the viability of The Bower depends heavily on advance bookings and therefore we must enforce our cancellation policy as outlined above. Should there be any risk of cancelling or changing your booking at short notice, we strongly recommend that guests take out the travel insurance cover.
• Check-in time is after 4 p.m.
• Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless special arrangements are made.)
