The space
This beautiful standalone 4 bedroom chalet for up to 8 people was built in 2010. It is less than 2 mins walk from the nearest ski-bus stop and 15 mins from the nearest chairlift and the heart of the village on foot.In the basement area you have the garage, ski locker area with a heated boot rack as well as the laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, the open plan living room includes a large kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD player as well as a woodburning stove (logs are provided) ideal for those cozy winter evenings! On the same floor there's a queen size double bedroom with adjacent bathroom and toilet. The chalet has broadband wifi internet.
Upstairs, there's a cosy landing with a TV and then a further 3 bedrooms: 2 twin rooms (where the beds can either be separated or pulled together if needed) and king size double bedroom. There is also a shower room and toilet upstairs.
The bedlinen and towels are provided (beds will be made up on your arrival).
The chalet has underfloor heating on the main floor and wall heaters upstairs.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!

The cottage is very comfortable, quiet, convenient, with a beautiful view on Mount Lachat and its paragliders, and a beautiful terrace to enjoy the stars to the sound of the nearby river, weak opposite. The location we (family with 3 young children) perfectly agreed at the entrance to the chinaillon and close to the great BORNAND: many hikes with views of the aravis chain, tree climbing, swimming pool ... we are greeted with a small kit (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, sponge ...). Some children's games available but in English. The welcome team is very available and considerate by phone. Only small downside some cleanliness and quality of the cookware that have been reported and will likely be quickly corrected. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back, thank you.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
