This 2 bed apartment is fiited out to a remarkable level with every one would need for a great mountain holiday!

The space

This apartment, in the Chinaillon/Grand Bornand resort, is in a brand new chalet appartment complex called Les Refuges des Outalays built about 5 yrs ago. It is built in the local traditional style and is well situated. Acces to the Outalays piste is just across the road less than 100m away. This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurants, is only a short 10 min walk away. The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little below the apartment.
This 56m² apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms with double bed in each and a pull out single bed underneath one of the double beds.
There is one bathroom and a separate toilet.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a Nespresso machine and has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc.. for 6 people+ with a nice sized dining table.
The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto the decked terrace which offers commanding views onto the surounding mountains.
You have a flat screen television and DVD player. There is a wifi connection.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is perfect for a family of 4. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The only downside is the size of the living room which is very small. But it's a very cozy place Location. The slopes are located nearby and the view from the living room is beautiful.

Good communication from David and Deborah prior to and during stay, if required. Clear and concise instructions and easy check in via lockbox. Excellent accommodation, as per description on website. Excellent access to chairlift for skiing. Very enjoyable stay in apartment and Chinaillon.

We had a great time at this quiet accommodation. All the comforts as at home. A terrace with a view that we didn't get tired of. Easy parking. A team is attentive .

Wonderful stay spent in this very well-located apartment, close to the slopes. The welcome and communication with David's team is perfect, always thoughtful- they provided us with the bed and baby high chair that we needed for the stay, little extra very nice! The apartment is very clean, contains everything you need for a beautiful mountain holiday, we will come back!!
