great location and magnificent view. Very secure building, very tidy apartment. The small plus a parking space in the basement for those who want to rent a car and a market intersection at the bottom of the building open 24/7 very nice supervised pool pool with sun loungers. Very responsive host. When we arrived the hair dryer was not working, a new one was brought to us within the hour. arrival and departure very flexible and autonomous, very convenient depending on your flight time. No regrets, we had made a great choice by selecting this apartment.

The host is very responsive and the location is convenient for someone visiting dubai for the first time. But the apartment is quite old and needs serious renovation. It wasn’t cleaned properly when i arrived so i asked the host to clean it again the second day.

Defiantly will recommend "One Perfect Stay" the check in was easy with full communications provided and explained. Also received an upgrade to an apartment at same location with free of charge as my previous booked place was not ready on time. The apartment was clean, modern with all amenities available which is a big plus maybe slight cosmetic work would need to be done on bathroom in master bedroom but over all apartment is clean and modern. Location wise its perfect, supermarket on first floor. Dubai Mall 6 minutes walk, and taxies always available outside apartment to reach any destination with cheap price. Host was good with communication, looking forward to be back again to Dubai and will for sure use one of "One Perfect Stay" apartments again for sure. Thank you for making my stay amazing in Dubai.

Lovely apartment with great view of Burj Khalifa and pool. Brilliant location and easy check-in process. Only slight issue we had was cold water in the shower.

The apartment is a great location, supermarket, pharmacy, barber and others, everything you need under the building. great swimming pool, great gym, but the apartment is a little poorly cared for, the stove could be better, the bathroom could have hot water, because the weather is a little cold, they did not leave a bottle of water if you want or a coffee, I had to ask... The man arrived late, we still had to pay a fee (70 Aed). I expected more, however, everything is correct within the measure, but it could be better, since we are talking about Dubai and at a high price...

A great located place with a perfect balcony view of the Burj Khalifa. Just a 10 minute walk to the Dubai Mall, which is down the street. Some minor communication problems prior to our visit (through airbnb), but we got in contact with Juan who was super quick and eager to help us! A bit of mold on the shower walls and masking tape on the ceiling in the bathroom, but otherwise a good place! The pool has sun during the prime hours 10am-1pm, which we really loved! Maybe not a luxury apartment as advertised, but a great place that we would definitely book again.
