Hello. It’s was first time horrible experience in Dubai with the self check in stuff. First of all it’s was said in one message I have to do everything in front desk but didn’t say how to fine it when you are in taxi and with the luggages. Nobody around known where I should go, not the hotel across the road, not the man on the security, I spent around 1,5 h trying to find it out . Guy sent us to security in the parking in the end where I spent another 30 min as I was not registered as a guest at all and couldn’t be given the access card. I tried to connect the host but their messages were very unhelpful. So for a few hours I was not granted the access and guys just let me in in the end. When I messages and send photo hot to get in the host sent me the codes which were all incorrect for the main entrance door. Disaster. Apartment is dirty and far tnot nice as in the pictures. And in the end in the morning when I had 1 h till to go to the airport there was no hot water at all.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my 5-night stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the entire trip. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and would definitely stay here again!

Best location. Very clean and beautiful development, nice alleys with vegetation. The apartment is big and clean. The staff of the building was very helpful. When the smoke alarm went on for no reason someone came and took that off to replace it.

The location, the ease of accessing the parking garage and staff being very friendly and supportive made me feeling very welcome. Next I was completely surprised by the size of this 1BR apartment, I enjoyed only a few delays, and certainly recommend others. While being in one of the busiest parts of Dubai, the apartment is perfect located, the balcony is perfect for morning breakfast.

Everything was perfect the parking, the host and the apartment itself was overall clean and pretty clean and comfortable. Very recommended for short or long stays as well as a very good location with everything close by.

We stayed 1 week, apartment very well located about ten minutes walk from the Burj and the fountains. In a quiet and secure residence. Very nice view from the balcony. Parking space also very convenient because it is essential. We had some problems on arrival but our host Waheed was very responsive and everything was settled the same evening. We thank him very much for that. We had a pleasant stay

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Dubai. The place was very clean, quiet, and close to everything I needed. The hosts were super helpful and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay — highly recommend!

I stayed in the apartment for 8 nights and I strongly recommend it. Everything was super clean, the bed was really big and comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was great. There’s also a small room where you’ll find a washing machine, an iron, and cleaning supplies. The balcony was nice, perfect to relax, and the swimming pool was lovely. The location is amazing. You can literally walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa in about 15 minutes or less. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Nothing to complain about! Lastly, Waheed is a fantastic host. He always replies quick and it's super clear with the instructions. Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a few hangers to hang my shirts. Everything else was perfect! I'd definitely come back here during my next trip to Dubai.

The apartment does not correspond to the description at all. The photo of the apartment does not match the description. There was a terrible rotten smell from the sewer throughout the entire apartment. It was even difficult to breathe. it’s very difficult to find the entrance to the building, you walk through labyrinths

Location was great and very central. The pools are very nice and the apartment is spacious. The host was quick to respond to us. The wifii did not work for the first three days which was a big hassle for us during this period. The balcony door was very hard to close and the dining table was not stable. All in all a very good stay and would stay there again as long as these issues are fixed.

A bad smell in the apartment, there was no toilet paper, it took us two hours to check-in, the elevator key doesn’t work so I need to call the security every time I come back to the apartment, and The furniture is old and heavily used.
