The entire cottage is yours to enjoy. There is 2 cupboards that are locked for owner and managing agent storage.
Other things to note
You will have a walk up a hill for about 50m to get to the cottage. It's well worth it for the privacy and views.

Parking is street parking but there is 24/7 surveillance and an active neighbourhood watch but please do not leave anything in the car.

The view is stunning and its a very quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This is a beautiful place with incredible views. Relaxing on the porch with a view of the entire False bay was a highlight and how we spent most of our time there. The cottage is comfortable with all basic necessities for a great stay. To get to the unit is quite a steep walk up some stairs that can leave you breathless but it is so beautiful at the top, you soon forget the effort. That said, it is completely inaccessible for wheelchair users or people with other physical mobility challenges. Laurette was an incredibly responsive and proactive host throughout.

Security deposit of 50% is payable.

Please refer to our Terms & conditions. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
Please note a booking is not confirmed or secured until the deposit requirement of 50% has been paid in full. We reserves the right, without notice to the Company / Agent / Guest / Group, to release any booking held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period.
Should we receive confirmed bookings against provisional bookings, we do reserve the right to contact you to request releasing of the booking and will require a response within 24 hours or the bookings will be automatically released.

A reservation will be held on a provisional basis for 24 hours from the time of booking. The Company / Agent / Guest is required to release provisional bookings in writing by e- mail.

Cancelations
All booking cancellations must be received by email. No show or early departure forfeits 100% of total stay.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior forfeit 75% of total stay.
Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior forfeit 50% of total stay.
Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior will incur a 10% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
Please note that we do consider a cancellation on merit: if it is truly beyond the guests’ control, we will charge accordingly.
