Step out onto the covered patio and enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor table, complete with a built-in braai. The balcony provides a serene space to unwind and take in the views.

As a guest at 12 Bona Bali, you’ll have access to the world-class Zimbali Estate facilities, including the private non-swimming beach, swimming pools, restaurants, and the renowned Zimbali Golf Course. Please note, additional charges may apply for some activities like golf, which can be arranged and paid directly to the estate.

Guest access

Guests at Zimbali Estate have access to all Zimbali amenities including the Championship 18 Hole Golf Course, the 3km stretch of private beach, the Valley of the Pools, tennis and squash courts, running trails and more. There are many exciting activities to partake in such as quad biking, surfing and scuba diving (Please note that some facilities/activities come at an additional cost which must be arranged and paid once within the estate).

Other things to note

DAMAGE PROTECTION
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking

LATE CHECK-INS
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
