- Check-in time - is no earlier than 3pm.
- Check-out time - is no later than 10am.
- Strictly NO visitors permitted.
- No parties, events or chefs/masseuses/etc. are allowed.
- Noise to be kept to a minimum & no loud music after 10pm
- No parking on the grass.
- A late penalty fee applies for same day bookings.
- No early check-ins if there is a back-to-back booking.
- No smoking inside the property, whats-so-ever. Smoking of hubbly is not permitted at all.
- Guests are responsible for all breakages during their stay.
- In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
- Failure to abide by these policies and/or the booking ts and cs may result in the charge/forfeiture of your booking.

Other things to note
Cleaning Monday - Friday: Every week day morning, beds will be made and dishes washed. Every third day, linen will be changed and a thorough cleaning will be done. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please inform us.
