Great location, Calm place at the waterfront with great view from your private. cozy balcony. Shops, restaurants and metro only a quick walk away. 24hour minimart in ground floor and pool on rooftop. Gym I didn’t try. Again, great place!

The manager was nice, accommodating, and responsive. The furnishing is pretty good and the apartment is in a good location. However we had a truly terrible stay. I booked the place for my visiting, elderly parents. The apartment is not well maintained, with several issues throughout our stay including blocked drainage and plumbing issues, and worst of all, a flimsy hinge supporting a glass panel next to the bathtub that snapped at the top, shattering and injuring my mother who was in there at the time. We had to go to the emergency room and the owner is refusing to compensate us (even partially) for the medical expenses, loss of time, and their ruined vacation. There are better places in the same area. Avoid!

One of the nicest areas in Dubai. Many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and choose to metro Dubai. We will come back for the next stay.

This was a very bad experience. The check in was a nightmare, we were new to the area and we couldn’t find the entrance to the building so we asked our host and he said he couldn’t help us. Later we got into the apartment and found out the light in the bathroom wasn’t working so the room was completely black cause there’s no window. I asked our host politely if it could be fixed and of course it wasn’t fixed in the whole 4 days of our stay. But the next day we found shower curtains on the door knob, with nothing to hang them on. And why should I as a paying guest be doing that in the first place. On top of that the pool that’s advertised in the listing was closed. Do not book your holidays with this host.

Yes Pros: +clean +cozy +beautiful view +15 min to metro +Host Connected +easy check-in and check-out Disadvantages: -Ideal for the life of two partners For 3-4 tenants is not particularly calculated. Only 2 mugs. Only one set of bed linen (including one blanket). The host provides an additional set, but only for an additional fee. - Terribly clogged bathroom and sink. The water went away for hours, so the dirt accumulated above the roof.
