Damage Protection:This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R400 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R5,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R2,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.
Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.
While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking
Late Check-ins:
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
Documentation & Processes:
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350

When my husband and I saw this for our mini-moon, we thought it was too good to be true. Especially because we left our accommodation booking for literally last minute. We arrived with such great assistance from Thembi who is the manager housekeeper for the property and while walking down to our chalet, we were beyond ecstatic with our choice!! Literally sea view facing and beach front access...just magical! At first we were concerned about the fencing not being fully installed for safety reasons,however during our whole stay we had no issues whatsoever! Just endless vitamin sea and fun with my hubby! They also do have a swimming pool, Canelands is right next door for some meals, cool fishing spots and braai area. Only cons were the fencing, which honestly didn't freak me out too much and the beds. I think it was two single beds put together that created that uncomfortable middle bump when you put two beds together. All in all... my hubby and I would definitely come and stay again.
