Other things to note

DAMAGE PROTECTION
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must pay a R5,000 refundable security deposit to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking. Please note that an additional non refundable service fee of R47 will be charged. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. In the event of a claim a 15% service fee will be charged.

While the security deposit will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Cleaning
For bookings of 4 nights or more, one cleaning service is included. Additional cleaning is R375 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).

Loadshedding / backup power
In the event of a power outage, this property has an inverter that powers the TV, and wifi. Guests are advised to download the ESP app and add "Sandton ext 24" as an area so that they can be up to date with the Loadshedding schedule ahead of their stay.

Late check-ins
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
