The space comprises of a granite top kitchen with centre island, dining room, workspace, 2 well-sized bedrooms, full bathroom and small balcony. Upstairs you have a 58’’ smart TV lounge that comfortably seats all guests, another workspace and large terrace with a putting green, outdoor furniture and gas braai. Access to a stunning communal swimming pool, tennis court and clubhouse (which can be rented for functions). You have 1 under covered parking bay and there is tons of visitor parking in the estate. The storage under the stairs is for private use.
Pet friendly for up to 2 cats (must have vaccine cards), regrettably no dogs allowed.

To assist during loadshedding if this should occur during your stay, this property has a small power station upstairs to power TV, WIFI & lamp (can also charge devices) during loadshedding. It has a portable single gas stove in kitchen and rechargeable light bulbs in all the rooms as well as one backup light. Please note there is no generator or inverter. You're welcome to bring your own mobile backup power to assist you further if you feel the need. You'll be notified prior to check-in of the loadshedding schedule should there be any that occur during your stay so that you can plan around it accordingly.

This apartment felt like home away from away. Everything was spotless and clean and it had everything I needed. I felt safe and secure. Great position close the the Crossing centre with a pharmacy, Woolworths food and great restaurants. Would highly recommend !!

Penalties apply. - This is a quiet residential complex and therefore guests must be mindful of their neighbours and ensure noise is kept to a minimum at all times. No loud noise/music after 9pm. - No smoking inside the house or on the astroturf balcony (this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hubbly bubbly and the like). - Use of the communal facilities is at your own risk. Charges may apply. - All guest details and forms must be submitted by 2pm the day prior to check-in. Items submitted after this time will incur a R350 late penalty fee. - Pet friendly for up to 2 cats (must have vaccine cards), regrettably no dogs allowed. CLEANING Cleaning is included twice per week for stays longer than 7 days. Additional cleaning can be arranged if required. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in.
