The place is quiet, private and quite close to all the hubs. However I can't guarantee that you would see your host or receive fast responses to any of your questions as he seems to be more preoccupied by other things than his guests. Do bring all your supplies and do not rely on the items mentioned on the listing. Also, expect to hear an occasional leak from the roof of the bathroom. Without the cons mentioned above, its a good place to stay if you really like to be private and also it has easy access to cabs but the supermarkets are not that close unless you enjoy jogging or a good trek. It also has a good view and great facilities in the kitchen: cooker, fridge, microwave, kettles and pots and pans however the kitchen sockets didn't work and also the TV which was due to poor batteries which were never changed.
