Damage Protection:
This property is protected by CrediGuest, our guest verification and damage protection partner. After the booking is confirmed, guests will receive a link to complete a quick verification and must choose either of the following options:
Option 1 - Security Deposit: A fully refundable R5,000 hold (a service fee equivalent to R47 is charged additionally).
Option 2 - Damage Waiver: A non-refundable R600 fee providing R7,500 in accidental damage cover.
Late check-ins:
In the event of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays and Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Check-in time - is no earlier than 3pm. Check-out time - is no later than 10am. No visitors permitted. No parties, events or chefs/masseuses/etc. are allowed. Noise to be kept to a minimum & no loud music after 10pm No early check-ins if there is a back-to-back booking. No smoking inside the property, whatsoever. Smoking of any kind is not permitted at all. Guests are responsible for all breakages during their stay. In the event of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
