Bedroom 3 (1st floor): Another comfortable Queen-sized bed awaits you in this room, which also has its own ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet.
Bedroom 4 (ground floor): This charming room features a Queen-sized bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, making it perfect for guests who prefer ground-floor living.

The open-plan living area is designed with relaxation in mind. The lounge, with its plush seating, is the perfect place to gather with family or friends. Here, you can enjoy your favourite shows or movies on the Smart TV, equipped with DSTV Premium for your entertainment. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you're planning a family feast or a quick snack, you'll find all the appliances and utensils you need at your fingertips. The adjacent dining area provides a comfortable space to enjoy your meals, with views that make every bite even more enjoyable.

One of the standout features of our property is its prime location. Nestled along the riverfront, our home offers stunning views and easy access to the water. Just 300m away, you’ll find a beautiful beach where you can take long walks, build sandcastles, or simply relax by the ocean. The property’s open, unfenced layout allows you to fully immerse yourself in the natural surroundings, with the sound of the river and the scent of the sea creating a peaceful ambience.

Parking & Security:
For your convenience, there’s parking available for up to three cars on the premises. The property is well-maintained and offers a safe and secure environment for you to enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, the open-plan living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private 20m swimming pool, riverfront jetties for your boats, and the nearby beach just 300m away. Parking for up to three cars is available on the premises.

Other things to note

DAMAGE PROTECTION
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R7,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

LATE CHECK-INS: In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in.
Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350

HOUSE RULES
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
No Smoking: Please smoke outside in designated areas.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Pool Safety: No diving; supervise children at all times.
No Parties: No parties or events without prior approval.
Respect the Space: Treat the home with care; report any damages.
Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving or at night.
