Dealing with them gave me a lot of frustration. We were supposed to check in at 11 am but they were not responding till 12:45 PM and when they did, they postponed it till 3.. 4 hours difference because they said it wasn’t clean yet due to the previous client but there was no previous client as it was available for booking. When I asked how are they gonna compensate us, they didn’t respond and told us nothing changes and your check out is the next day same time 12:00PM. The next day they sent the new clients at 10:00 AM to check in while we are still there!!! I wanted to make a big drama out of it and be stubborn about the late check out but the new client and his girlfriend were waiting patiently and were extremely respectful so I did not want to ruin there stay as well. In addition to that, the broken curtains, stains all over the bedroom floor, no soap in the guest toilet and no dish soap in the kitchen, bed id falling apart. Horrible stay. Not meeting the lowest standards of Dubai.

The blender and toaster was not working messaged one touch who mentioned they will have maintenance come look at it i also mentioned maintenance can come in anytime to change it even when am not around.. followed up with them. They never showed up to change it till i checked out.

The location was satisfactory. However, the provided supplies were insufficient for a five-night stay. Additionally, the second washroom and kitchen were lacking essential provisions. The quality of the utensils could also be improved. Finally, the center table needs replacement, as its sharp edges are a safety concern.

I don't understand why these hosts reviewed me, I didn't even stay there.... Initially, I had no intention to provide feedback, but I'll share my experience. They refused a refund for a booking mistake made right after purchase. I needed a bathtub for cold water therapy but accidentally booked the wrong apartment. I contacted them after 30mins, explaining the error. However, 'David' simply stated 'Non-refundable as per the platform.' No empathy, no solutions offered. I would have gladly chosen another of their properties since all I needed was a bathtub. Their rude response led me to seek a refund through my bank. This disregard for genuine booking mistakes is unethical. I run multiple businesses and maintain no-refund policies, but I would never treat customers this way. Additionally, their communication within the team was lacking. One member messaged me about checking in while I clearly stated I couldn't stay... I can't comment on the apartment but the hosts I don't recommend!

Unfortunately my stay here could’ve been better. The location is great but the cleanliness and water temperature was not up to par.

Beautiful space! Very clean with everything I needed. It felt like home. David was very helpful throughout my entire stay there.
