It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy a relaxed, rural lifestyle yet close to the region’s notable attractions, including art galleries, historical sites, restaurants and pubs. It’s set on three acres of farmland creating a postcard perfect view with sheep grazing on the paddocks. Enjoy two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and updated bathroom.

It has a charming country kitchen equipped with basic appliances and utensils needed to cook a meal at home. Sit down at the dining table set for four. Afterward get cosy on the sofas. The lounge room has been thoughtfully furnished and highlights a wall-mounted TV with access to Netflix and Stan.
The cottage comprises two spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a combination bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single above. All come topped in fresh linens and towels.
A subway-clad bathroom includes a separate bathtub and shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Guests will also have access to laundry facilities including a washing machine and separate basin.

Great place to stay! Was a bit hesitant to book due to the lack of recent reviews, but it was a great place! Super close to Ballarat Central and very comfortable and cozy. Everything was very clean, with extra blankets and an electric blanket if needed as it was super cold the weekend we stayed. There were also a couple cows in the field next to us, which was super cute! Overall, a lovely place - would book it again!
