Bright and Welcoming: Our first-floor apartment, accessed via a staircase (no elevator), is bathed in Lisbon's enchanting natural light with floor to ceiling windows during the day.
Luxurious Amenities: We provide cotton sheets, duvets, and towels, and your final cleaning is included in your stay, so you can focus on enjoying Lisbon.
Extended Stays: For guests staying 10 nights or more, we offer the option of a mid-stay cleaning service, which includes fresh bed linens and towels. This service can be arranged for any day between the 4th and 6th day of your stay and must be scheduled at the time of check-in.
Additional Cleaning Services: If you would like extra cleaning or a change of linens during your stay, we're happy to arrange that for you. Please note that these services come with an additional charge. Just let us know your preference 48 hours in advance, and we'll schedule it at a time that suits you.
Family-Friendly: Families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed. If you need a complimentary baby cot or high chair, kindly let us know in advance. If you share their ages with us, we'll ensure we have toys suitable for their age group. There is a rope playground within 10 walking minutes :)

Rental Regulations: To comply with Portugal's rental regulations, the main guest must sign a simple rental agreement. This agreement will be sent to you before your check-in date. Please note that we cannot grant access to the property without the signed agreement. Check In and Out: I'm here to make your stay as seamless as possible! While check-in and check-out typically fall after 3 pm and at 11 am, I'm flexible, especially with luggage arrangements based on other bookings. Kindly share your arrival/departure details, including your flight number, to facilitate a smooth check-in/check-out process. Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of late check-in fees—EUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am), applicable if not opting for self-check-in during these hours. Quiet hours and Noise Considerations: Help keep a peaceful environment between 10 pm-8 am for the benefit of your neighbours. Due to the home's proximity to the airport, it is situated within the landing approach path, which may result in some noise from planes flying overhead. While the double-glazed windows effectively reduce most of the noise, this home may not be ideal for light sleepers. Let's work together to protect the environment: Remember to switch off electrical equipment when not in use. Any maintenance issues? Notify us promptly for preventive action. Lastly, treat the flat like your own, and most importantly, have a fantastic and enjoyable stay in my apartment! While we don't anticipate disruptions, we understand that plans may change. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, our standard cancellation policies will apply. Check with your credit card provider, as they often offer automatic travel insurance at the time of booking. Invoicing Assistance: Should you require an invoice for your stay, please inform us prior to your arrival. If the invoice name differs from the booking name, kindly explain why this is a third-party booking to ensure compliance with platform regulations. Your rental contract must also be under the same name as any invoice is issued under the name enclosed in the rental contract. As per legal requirements, the invoice must be issued within five working days after your departure. This process is automated, and any changes to fiscal details cannot typically be made after your stay if they were not provided beforehand.
