We had 30 amazing days in the flat. We felt at home: we cooked, we cleaned, and we established a routine. In addition to comfort, the location is great. In addition to the Praça Espanha station, there are also bus routes very close to the flat. In addition to markets, there are also restaurants. A particular highlight is O Nelson, which is right next to the boardwalk and offers an excellent menu.

Lovely apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. The only downside is the lack of a place to dry clothes. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but the planes were still a bit disruptive in the evening, even with the windows closed.

We stayed at João’s apartment for two weeks — a perfect base for our first visit to Lisbon. The location is great for exploring the city, on a quiet street in a beautifully renovated historic building. Note that the apartment is on a flight path, so it can be a bit noisy with windows open, though it didn’t bother us. The place is cozy and very well designed, with high-quality furnishings and attention to detail — from the comfortable bed and perfect linens to the fully equipped kitchen. It’s a great choice even for a longer stay; we felt truly at home. João is a fantastic and thoughtful host. We arrived late with our cat, and he kindly arranged everything we needed in advance — a real lifesaver. Thank you, João, for making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommend this apartment and host!
