Your Comfort is Our Priority at LD Apartments Lisbon - your Estrela HomeBright, Welcoming and Perfect Location: The duplex apartment, accessed via staircase (no elevator), is bathed in Lisbon's enchanting natural light during the day. At night, the Portuguese shutters ensure a peaceful, restful sleep. The home has two main entrances with easy access to Estrela. The apartment is very quiet while the areas around the apartment ~5 min walking is very lively especially at the weekends and you have plenty of options to eat out. My wife's favourite garden square is moments from the apartment, including two playgrounds for kids to enjoy!
Luxurious Amenities: We provide cotton sheets, duvets, and towels, and your final cleaning is included in your stay, so you can focus on enjoying Lisbon.
Extended Stays: For guests staying more than 7 days, we offer the convenience of arranging cleaning, bed sheet changes, and fresh towels upon request.
Family-Friendly: Families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed. The playroom is set up for kids with tons of toys/games to indulge! There is a couple of playgrounds within 5 min walking of the home, the main one is in Estrela gardens. Travel cot and high chair provided upon request.
Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of the applicable late check-in fees—EUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am).

A perfect stay – peaceful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches This home exceeded expectations in every way. The beds were incredibly comfortable with hotel-quality linen that made for a restful night’s sleep – such a treat after long work days. The garden was a beautiful, tranquil space where I loved starting my mornings with a coffee. Although I was travelling for business and did not use it myself, I noticed the charming playroom – clearly designed with care and perfect for little explorers. The attention to detail throughout the home shows how much the host cares about creating a warm and welcoming space for all types of guests. The host was wonderful – kind, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish. I will absolutely be coming back, next time with my family.

Additional house rules To comply with Portugal's rental regulations, the main guest must sign a simple rental agreement. This agreement will be sent to you before your check-in date. Please note that we cannot grant access to the property without the signed agreement. I'm here to make your stay as seamless as possible! While check-in and check-out typically fall after 3 pm and at 11 am, I'm flexible, especially with luggage arrangements based on other bookings. Kindly share your arrival/departure details, including your flight number, to facilitate a smooth check-in/check-out process. Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of late check-in fees—EUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am), applicable if not opting for self-check-in during these hours. Help keep a peaceful environment between 10 pm-8 am for the benefit of your neighbors. Let's work together to protect the environment: remember to switch off electrical equipment when not in use. Any maintenance issues? Notify us promptly for preventive action. Lastly, treat the flat like your own, and most importantly, have a fantastic and enjoyable stay in my apartment! - For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
