Was a very bad experience. Wrong location. Very dirty place. I had to cancel my reservation. I reported to AirB&B with picture and video evidence and i was given a full refund.

The patio was full of pigeon poop when we arrived. The mop and dryer that was put out on the deck couldn't be used were so dirty. The bed was nice and the sheets were clean. The apartment was nice but the floor was dirty.

This is great value for money paid. Clean, quite new and in quiet neighborhood. It’s far from the downtown, however it’s not a problem if you rented a car. Very recommended if you want to enjoy your stay in Dubai.

The One Place should be truthful about the location its not Movenpick on 19th street, the apartment is about 35 minutes drive from the city center
